My old eye doctor was dropped by my insurance plan so went on line to find a new eye doctor. I not only found an eye doctor at Einhorn but I was able to setup an appointment and receive confirmation, all while I was working out on a treadmill at my gym. Also, was able to fill out my details so that when I arrived for the appointment I had the minimum of paperwork to go through so I was able to not only see the doctor, pick out my new glasses, but the charge was so minimal that it will hardly make a dent in my monthly budget and I am on Medicare. Also, Dr. William Yu and his support staff explained everything that was going on and answered all of my questions cheerfully and knowledgeably. I really had an excellent experience.

My wife and I both had eye exam appointments at the same time on the same day with Dr. William Yu. I have to say, it was one of the better experiences for this sort of appointment Ive ever had the pleasure. Dr. Yu is extremely personable, very thorough, and we never felt rushed. He explalined everything and answered all our questions. Great patience. I liked the idea of my wife and I being "linked" in their computer system, and our exams being simultaneous. The office staff were great, very nice, very helpful. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend the Einhorn Eyecare Center to anyone for their eyecare needs. Special mention to the professionalism of the office manager and the optician.

I have been going here for the last 10 years and have been seen by Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Yu. I can honestly say I always have a great experience. Everything is always explained very clearly, never feel rushed, excellent manners by staff and especially the doctors. The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly - very approachable when you have questions about your eye care/exams. Decent selection of eye glasses and contacts. Hardly any wait time (0-10 minutes) to be seen every time I come for my appointment - which is awesome! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I will continue to come here for years to come. :)

I am a new patient and went to see Dr. William Yu. I am so very happy I finally found a great place for my vision. I have vision problems since I was 15 years old and I have not found a place where I feel comfortable with until now. The staff is excellent, my appointment was right on time where in many other places I have to wait an hour or more to be called. The most important is Dr. Yu I really felt he took his time with me and made sure I was leaving his office with perfect vision. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone.. I just wish I wouldve known about Einhorn sooner.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! DEBBIE the office manager is an expert on telling you you have " no coverage" shes been doing it for a while. Dr. Einhorn is NOT THERE they are just using his name to do very tricky and scary stuff. She screams, she laughs at the patients, she intimidates you and confuses you with her 30 or more years of experience so you dont use the benefits you have. She will only respond to the questions that are convenient for them anything else she will be like i dont know. THEY ARE NOT EVEN REGISTER UNDER EINHORN, they are just using the location!!!

First it was with the brother who was a dentist and then with Dr. Neil Einhorns father, Gordon, who was also my optometrist in the 50s and 60s until his passing. Both are top professionals who are dedicated to their patients and who seek the best vision for each individual. I have been going here for years and they always take good care of me. Frames are a little expensive, but I never find what I like anywhere else. The doctor takes his time with me and the staff are very patient and helpful when I am selecting frames. Pete, the optician, is also great.
