Ive been here 3 times in total and I will not be coming back. Save yourself and do NOT waist your time coming here.These people are thieves! You will walk out paying no less than $300 even after insurance. I also didnt find them very warm and inviting each time I came. I finally tried a new doctor, and had a totally different experience... And they were a lot cheaper for the same services. Im honestly surprised this place is still in business.

I ended up paying over $500 for a pair of glasses I could never use. They made me feel like I was 10 feet tall and about to walk off of a cliff every time that I wore them, and then I would get dizzy and nauseated. I went back to tell them what was happening and they said "GET USED TO IT" Im sorry but that is not something you get used to. The glasses are collecting dust. Thanks a lot, NOT! Customer service is awful.

I went to this office and had a great experience. The staff was awesome and quality of service remarkable. They make you feel very welcome and spend time explaining all my options. They have a great selection of designer frames that are reasonably priced. The doctor educated me on the health of my eyes and I learned many fascinating things about my eyes!! Great Job !!!

i was there last week and i had a great experience. From walking in to leaving was very pleasant. The optician Matt was very knowledgeable and knew his products well, the tech was also very friendly! Also the girls in the front were very kind and knew how to make a new patient feel like family, hence The Family Eye Center!! RECOMMEND VERY MUCH! 5 STARS!

Dr. Gramanzini is fantastic! I wouldnt go to any other eye place! He and his entire staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasant experience with them! I have going to him for at least 10 years now.
