Dr .Cuevas is a very good doctor. But the staff is a bunch of thieves. I was not informed of my prescription and the extra costs that was added so when I paid I immediately asked for a refund and they said no..it was in cash too and the transaction was less than 2 minutes...I did not give them my glasses to fix so they just kept the money. In the refund policy it even says that dont do refund if there was production. I did not hand them my glasses so therefore there was no production. Way to go against your own refund policy. Dont come here if you want to be cheated out of your own money.

Called In to make an appt for my father. Spoke to Cynthia. She was very pleasant and assured me that we would be taken care of. When I went in, I was greeted by Janet who then gave us a tour and began to tell us what would happen next. I couldnt believe the service that was being given by us. The staff was very friendly and even made an exception to get my mom in to be seen as well! Im def coming back to them!

have been coming to this office for many years and was unaware they had changed doctors. Went in 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with Dr Cuevas (Jesus). Was introduced to multi-focal contacts and was very impressed with the time and care he took in explaining things to me, doing the applicable tests etc. Did not feel "rushed" plus was able to actually get a same day appt. Highly recommended

Jose and Jesus are THE best doctors. Super knowledgeable, professional and kind. They take their time with their patients and talk to them. My kids and I have been with them for the past five years . I recommend them completely, their office may not be close by but it is worth the drive because its difficult to come by such great, dedicated doctors. I am always satisfied with their care.

Office Manager Sasha and her staff at the Miami Lakes office are just amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable young ladies! I was attended by Dr. Jesus and was very pleased! He answered all my questions and concerns in detail. By far the best Optical office Ive been too. I will be defiantly recommending this location to all my family and friends.

No help at all. Service on the phone was horrible. The employees did nothing to help my situation, I hit a wall with every question. They use to be a good office, great doctors too bad they didnt want to book my appointments (4). Not anymore! Very unhappy. Felt like they didnt want to help me or want my business. Very angry.
