I have three kids, two who needed eye exam and glasses. After the exam the office manager told us "they have no eye-were covered by healthy kids insurance. so we end up paying $290 for each one of my kids, and she said they will take a week to ten days to be ready and that she would call us. We let shopping at Sams clup, there we found better brand name glasses with warranty at $40 with better UV, TV protections all that included in the price. So I called this office to cancel my order with in 40 min of leaving their office, I was told cant do that.. thank God for paying with my credit card, Because I had to dispute the charge and file complaint with the insurance company, and now the public has to know about it, be careful. go to wallmart, Sams clup, sears. any one but this ripoff office

Be careful about their upselling!! I was talked into progressives because they are "so much more natural". However, I couldnt read from them without getting a headache. When I came back, I was told that I had ordered the "cheap" progressives and should buy the better ones instead. Frustrated, I asked for regular bifocals. However, they wont refund the $50 difference. I had to leave work early 3x (due to their limited office hours) and endured long wait times is an unclean looking facility. I would give zero stars if I could.

My family of six has been going here for 3 years. They are a very professional office. I have never been treated rudely. Weve had a positive experience every time we have gone there. As a matter of fact, I was making an appointment with them as I was writing this review. Would definitely recommend them.
