Ive had chronic neck/upper back issues on and off for over 10 years now. About 5 weeks ago, I took a kickboxing class that pretty much destroyed my neck. I was so stiff and in so much pain that for over 2 weeks, I could hardly move my neck & my right arm/hand/upper back. I put myself in a neck brace, sat in a recliner as much as I could and started my daily happy hour at 5pm sharp!! Finally, I decided, enough was enough! I clearly didnt know how to get better on my own and the pain was only getting worse - I needed to seek professional treatment. My husband has been working Brett on his hip and lat problems and making awesome progress, so I thought Id give Fox Physical Therapy a try as well. Eric and Brett are fantastic!! They are knowledgeable, affable, attentive and thoughtful. They evaluated my condition, clearly explained to me my issues as well as the course of treatment/exercises Id need to undertake. I hadnt had any consistent physical therapy prior to this treatment and I was pretty nervous about it, but their expertise and bedside manner put me at ease. What I particularly appreciate is that they carefully listen to how Im responding to the treatments/exercises and they make adjustments accordingly each time to help me progress. A shout out to Eric who really gets neck issues - hes patient & empathetic, and pushes me forward encouragingly and assertively to make real improvements! Its been 2 weeks since I started treatment, and though Im not completely out of the woods yet, Im nearly there! Im able to get through my work day, go to dance classes, run & be active now. I never thought Id say this, but Im so excited to be able to do housework with ease again!!! Thank you Eric & Brett (and the friendly receptionists) for making me feel HUMAN again :) See you guys next week!

Fox physical therapy is hands down, super great! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The therapist work with the latest techniques and apply different types of state of the art therapy to help my needs. I am very happy that I have discovered them. They are understanding and try to accommodate you being scheduling as well as working together in therapy. In the past, I have gone to a few other places and its always been the same crowded, cookie cutter process but here, I get the time and special attention I need to hopefully reach all my goals. I am not being rushed and they really care how I am feeling and progressing. You come here when you are ready to really improve with your injury and you dont have to worry about crowds either. I am seeing positive changes in my body which is a major plus! The location and parking are pretty good too! Brett and the rest of Fox therapy have been a blessing

I had ACL surgery shortly before coming to Miami for a summer internship. I did some research and came across Fox Physical Therapy online. When I first came in, I could barely squat and I had constant knee tendonitis. After working with Braulio and Eric for the past 7 weeks, I have seen a noticeable difference in my strength, knee pain and motor control skills. I am now jogging, squatting, deadlifting and much more with even better form than before I tore my ACL. Thanks a lot guys for all of the support and knowledge. It sucks that I am leaving Miami because Im also leaving behind great physical therapists. I hope that you continue to help others the way you have helped me.

Brett is an amazing physical therapist and the reason Im walking again. I came in with 3 herniated discs (L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1) barely walking. Just standing up hurt, and most doctors were suggesting surgery. After a couple of months with Brett, I was back to normal. He took the time to understand my limitations and gave a lot of individualized attention to my needs. There was a good mix of manual manipulation, stretches and pain management to get me back on my feet. In addition to the therapy, the facilities are great, very modern with the newest equipment. Scheduling is easy and very flexible. All in all, this place is the best.

Definitely 5 stars! To start, you wont find a better physical therapist in South FL then Brett Fox. From start to finish his exercises and procedures at the best! He will get you back to 100% and feeling great in no time! The facility is top of the line. All of the equipment is amazing! Some of the machines I used I never saw or heard of. They definitely played a huge role in my speedy recovery. The overall atmosphere is great and there is always a positive energy flowing in the facility. I highly recommend to stop by and start your treatment today! I promise you will be happy with Fox Physical Therapy!

I did my surgery on the 11 of August I did ACL surgery for my right knee at the beginning first week of my surgery I went to a physical therapy that belongs to the doctor who made me the surgery but after 2 weeks I didnt see any improvement and I was disappointed so one of my friends recommended Fox physical therapy so I went there and after just 1 week of going there and with the amazing trainers Brat and Erick I saw a lot of improvement and the way they treat their patients is amazing I love being there every 3 days in a week working so hard with them and seeing progress as well. Thats what anyone wants

Top of the line equipment and staff! Id like to thank Eric and Brett for their treatment and knowledge around my limitations. Ive had reoccurring neck issues from lifting for over a year. I tried using multiple chiropractors and massage therapist with no long lasting success. After just a few visits with Fox PT and exercises to do back home I felt better right away. Now several weeks later I have not had the issue pop up and feel great again. Would definitely go back for any other issues and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

So grateful I made that call! Brett initially came to see me at home, I was in a lot of pain and have been for months. Hurniated disk L5/S1, My back has flared up more in the last 9 months then its ever done. Never address strengthing it like I am now. Back pain as many knows is horrible , and pain and discomfort can consume our lives. With Eric "the back kuru" specialising in the "Mckenzie protocol " I am slowly coming back to life! The facility is amazing and wonderful friendly staff!

Fox Physical Therapy is one of the best clinics Ive ever been to. I injured my back earlier this year and had to go to physical therapy; I couldnt tie my own shoes because of the pain and now Im trekking mountains (literally). Its all thanks to my therapist, Braulio Espinosa, DPT. He is very knowledgeable, motivational, and energetic, and will work with you to get you to your best or even better. I highly recommend anyone to visit this clinic and Braulio.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first since Ive been to many physical therapists. My job is very physical and Ive had back pain for over 30 years,but Eric took the time to explain the source of my chronic back pain and helped me understand and overcome my mental fear of that crippling muscle spasm ! Now I am back to being as good as new! Well almost:) Highly recommend them,professional staff, friendly atmosphere and clean facilities
