Absolutely horrible billing situation. They outsource their billing to some third party billing company who is terrible. Consistently billing for the wrong codes, and they never pickup the phone, or call you back. When I called the Breakthrough office, their office staff had no clue how to fix the situation, and rather than solving the problem, just referred me back to the useless third party billing company.

Breakthrough has kept me running these past 4 months. Cheryl and the trainers know what theyre doing and I know they care about keeping me healthy and as active as I want to be. I refer everyone I know to her if they have any running injuries at all. I saw another therapist before this and just wasnt seeing any progress. Im running longer and faster than ever before.

Billing me for days I havent come into the office!! They are very kind and friendly and seem to do a good job with physics therapy. I dont have anything to compare them to but I think they do good with that but they cant keep track of billing. They dont call when they say they will. Very frustrating. I wont be back because of that.

Continue to call them for a few days and leave messages on their machine for them to call back because I need to change an appointment and not a single call back!. Phone rings twice and goes to voicemail.
