I gave this place 3 stars because the PTs that work in Cora are good people. But they are seriously over booked. The amount of hands on time you get with one PT is very limited and as they work on you their attention is also on the other patients assigned to them, which can get annoying after a while. I was told they book up to 5 at patients per PT at once. PTs do the best they can considering its a cattle call type of atmosphere, where privacy portions are barely used. I was there for a frozen shoulder and needed a comprehensive plan of exercise and manual therapy (massage) PTs either dont have enough time to do massage or dont want to. I was lucky my PT Sandra was certified to use a ETPS.. electrical therapy point stimulation, which helped but was only used on me twice, because she had no time to do it, even though I was doing exercises on my own most of the time. Im not sure how this place got such great reviews, but thinking that lots of elderly patients go there, that dont know any better and dont use the internet. Too much down time, patients take cat naps while they wait. Would I recommend CORA? if you are looking for proactive treatment and the best positive results? NO. Did I like my PTs? YES. But when a company is greedy they set up their employees to fail.

Es un centro de rehabilitación, bien equipado y con un equipo excelente de fisoterapeutas, que nos reciben cada día con una sonrisa, y con amabilidad y respeto, ponen todo su empeño en aliviar nuestras dolencias, basados en las indicaciones de los doctores. Mi fisioterapeuta fue Sandra, una muchacha muy capacitada y competente en la actividad que realiza, pero todos los trabajadores de este centro nos hacen tener una estancia agradable mientras recibimos el tratamiento. Le recomiendo CORA a todos los que necesiten asistir a un centro de rehabilitación, con certeza de que van a comprobar lo que aquí les digo.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful care I received at CORA West Pembroke Pines by Mari. My physical therapy was a positive experience under Maris care. Mari was very professional, pleasant, compassionate, and friendly during my entire treatment. It was nice to be treated at CORA West Pembroke Pines where people like Mari listen, observe, and tailor treatment plans to specific needs. Maris attention to detail and patient care made all the difference in my physical therapy and put me on the road to recovery. I am grateful for the gains I have made in the right direction. I couldnt have done it without Maris expertise, attentiveness, patience, time, moral support, and dedication in helping me help myself continue to progress. Mari worked diligently to help me improve despite the relentless pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduction in range of motion. I could not have been happier with the care that my mom is receiving at Cora Rehab in West Pembroke Pines. The staff is quite accommodating and shows a great level of professionalism. They are also quite pleasant which makes the 1-hour session for her pass by very quickly. In particular I would like to cite Justin and Eric for their patience and their welcoming attitude. They are a tremendous asset to the company in delivering the best possible care for my Mom. I would highly recommend Cora Rehab in West Pembroke Pines. Thank you

My daughter received physical therapy for a foot injury. I was very satisfied with the facility and staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I was concerned about the attention shed be reveiveing because the therapist had few other patients at the same time. However, I do think Justin did an awesome job with her treatment. Within a few weeks she was off her boot and wearing sneakers. Overall my daughter was very happy with the attention and care received.

The staff is not professional! The ladies at the front office don’t work properly, they just make fun and laugh each other. They made a mistake with my son appointment and I paid the consequence just because they don’t know how to work, not even an apologize. One of the patient told me they do that all the time. I don’t recommend this place at all !!

Today was my last day of physical therapy at this location and I just want to say how amazing I feel. My therapist, Justin, was very helpful in getting me in better shape again. Also Jennifer and Nathalia, the front desk ladies, would always greet me by my name and made me feel welcomed every time I came for my appointment.
