My review has nothing to so with the medicine or optical examination done by their physician. I went there last Tuesday, did my exam and ordered contacts.. And I was told they would be in next Tuesday .. Which I thought was quick and convenient. I actually went there on Wednesday, one day later than the promised date to pick them up. Online they are advertised as being open till 6:30pm, I rushed from work arrived there at 6:05pm for them to be closed ... There was another family there too that was quite upset that they werent open. So I go today (Thursday )at 3pm and am told my contacts are not in and it takes 7-10 business days, this was NOT told to me when I ordered them. I also asked what time they close they said 5pm.. Why are they advertised on several sites including googles as clapping at 6:30pm? So I went out of my way to drove there for the second time for nothing. The front desk needs to be more upfront and have better communication ... Her excuse was we didnt call you.. Well I didnt know they would call me considering I was told they would be there two days ago specifically when I left my exam one week ago.

This was my first time here and my first eye exam in YEARS. (probably ever, if I remember correctly) The optician was straight to the point. I got in for my exam right away and got out of there within 20 mins or so. She knew exactly what she wanted/needed to do and when, so we didnt waste anytime sitting around. I liked that. Immediately after, I received my prescription and picked out my glasses. I recommend them over LensCrafters nearby.

JC Penney optical is a misleading place thats why they get one started view they "d me a price over the phone and when I get here they change the price almost double it total waste of 45 minutes of my time plus 20 minute drive
