Went about 2 weeks ago. The Doctor himself was great and so was the staff and assistants. However, after my exam when I went to pick out glasses in the showroom area, the associate that is stationed there was the rude and nasty like she had somewhere better to be. Her attitude was bad enough I decided to just get my prescription and take it to someone who doesnt make you feel like youre interrupting them from something more important. Playing on her cell phone while charging my credit card, very unprofessional and will not be returning.

Customer service needs improvement: My friend was a patient of this doctor. She only visited twice because the customer service is terrible. According to her, she met with Dr. Mauri who was pretty good and enthusiastic in helping her resolving her eye issue; however, do to poor customer service and failure to follow up with patient, she decided to go elsewhere for help.
