Awful customer service. My initial visit while me and three small children were seen by doctor and he was great but being fitted for glasses was another story, the attending taller woman with short black hair who is hispanic, excused herself in the middle of our transaction to go get free frozen yogurt from around the corner. When I asked for her, another attendant finished my order as she walked in with her frozen yogurt. What kind of customer service is that? I never complained about it because I have worked retail and just brushed it off as she was hungry. On another visit I received a call that my sons glasses were ready for pick up early in the day. I called them to let her know that I was coming after work and on my way with three small children in the car at 745 and she replied that they were open until 8 pm. I got to the store at 757 and closed. I am not one to nit pick, and could understand her leaving early. I could understand even more if I had not called. I was so deflated dissapointed and will take my business elsewhere. Now its a pattern of poor customer service. I am seeking services elsewhere. Boo to you for eyes!

My daughter and I went to "For Eyes" two weeks ago to get her vision checked. When I received the glasses and contacts ten days later, she was unable to see successfully. We returned to the store and talked with the manager. She was "unable" to find a solution as quickly as possible due to the fact that she had other clients who created appointments (clients who havent paid their service yet unlike me and my family)" Her solution was to create a new appointment a week later and allow my daughter to be incapable of seeing correctly for another week even though I already paid the service they provided a long time ago. To make matters worse, one of their young workers disrespected me and my daughters by sarcastically commenting as we left the store. They obviously dont know how to run a business or keep their customers happy. However, the optical doctors themselves were really nice.

The girl at the front desk unfortunately had horrible customer service. For this reason I didnt even get treated here. Its a shame for them to have someone with that attitude working there. I currently work at a doctors office and you should always strive to help the patients as much as possible and have a welcoming attitude.

I have come to this place for years and spent hundreds of dollars, doctor Stephen is great but the staff... Makes service awful sadly u see them walking around doing nothing while you have to wait for really minor repair to a frame way too long, frames I bought here , really sad I dont think Im coming back ever .

they have this thing called optomap that completely takes dilation out of the equation. i dont have blurry vision or anything.
