My coworker suggested Gus and his staff for my next optometry visit. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They went over my benefits with me in great detail prior to me just roaming about not knowing what my insurance would cover. I wanted rimless glasses, but was advised against it due to my prescription. They didnt just say no it wont work. They explained why they would not recommend it and helped me find an alternative I was satisfied with. My eye exam went well and I was educated on new contact options that may work well with my prescription. My appointment was on Tuesday and my 2 pairs of glasses, 1 pair of prescription sunglasses, and contacts were all in by Friday. Im very impressed. Ill happily make the drive from Plantation to Hialeah every year for this type of customer care.

who ever gave this place a 5 stars are obviously friends with employees or employees!! worst place I have ever gone too!!! They try to sell you glasses as if they are getting a cut. They tell you they will work with you then at very end after you have wasted your time they tell you all sorts of crap...super expensive, no good customer service. Dont waste your time!!! Americas best eye where I got 2 nice pairs for same price they were charging me for one!!Plus I have 1 year warranty.,...Oh and supposedly they do not have insurance on any of their glasses so if you brake them you are F*^%ed! Worst experience ever!! those girls are ignorant, if you go when you come out you will wish you would have listen to me!!! Doctor is great female young doctor!! A++

I have been going to to Optica Land for a few years now and never have left dissatisfied. I took my best friend and her mother to see Gus and his staff and she was very pleased. This is the worst optical in south Florida. Their customer service is horrible, they are rude and nasty. Do not waste your time at this place. They do not appreciate their customers. Go elsewhere.

The doctor is excellent and so is his staff. Juliet helped me find the correct contacts for my eye problem. They have a flexible schedule and they have your glasses done the next day.
