Front desk needs some guidence on customer service, eating at the window, coking and jokeing while you wait to be told sign in and have a seat. Back office has always been spot on both the MAs and the Docs. Dont like the idea of my chart being in the O.P office but over all I feel they do a fair job. Really need to work on that front office.

nice and friendly staff just dont reccommend if feeling sick or hurting, very hard to get a nurse to return calls and they dont answer phones before 9 am and that is early for them, middleburg area needs more caring doctors since when feeling bad not willing to make a long drive

I went to this place. They were suppose to call a diagnostic center for them to set up an appointment and I have never heard from the place, this was two months ago. Now I have to call them and ask them if they did their job. What is up with the Doctors is Middleburg?
