When I moved to Naples, Florida, I needed a new dentist, but I kept putting it off for one reason or another. One night I was watching one of the local news channel programs which was doing a positive upbeat story about Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry seeking nominations for a woman in need of a cosmetic dental makeover. This story on the news got me to thinking that this Dental Practice might just be the right dentist for me. I was so impressed that I called the next day and made an appointment. After my first appointment I left the Drs office knowing I not only found the right dentist, I found a family practice that extends that feeling of family to their patients, making you feel like youre their family from the minute you walk in the office, not to mention they are very smart when it comes to Dentistry. They really know their business! The staff is caring, professional, friendly, and most of all understanding of your individual needs!! Whether you are in need of a simple cleaning or extensive, complicated dental work like myself who was so afraid to go to the dentist because I was embarrassed about my dental needs and what the Doctor might think, you really need to visit Dr. Long and his staff. This takes me back to the story on the news. My first thoughts were if they are willing to help someone who really needs help then they might be willing to help me and not judge me for letting my dental needs get to the point they did. I was right!! Dr. Long and his staff have helped me work through my dental needs and once again Im proud to say Im so happy to laugh and smile! For the first time in my life I look forward to going to the dentist! Can you believe that,...dont listen to me,..find out for yourself and give Dr. Long and his staff a chance. I promise you that they wont let you down!!! I just cant say enough good things about Dr. Long and his wonderful staff. They are very good people, and deserve for you to give them a try if you are need of the best dentist around anywhere!! Robert - North Naples Florida.

My experience with “Park Family Dentistry” was exceptional and like no other dental office I have ever been to. I cannot express enough how welcome and comfortable I felt as soon as I walked through the door. The atmosphere was serene and calming and yet warm and inviting. From the time I spoke with Terrie over the phone while she scheduled an appointment for me to the time I walked through their front door on my very first visit and was warmly greeted by Jessica who welcomed me and offered me water, juice, granola bars, coffee or tea and a Grand Tour of the entire office. Each and every room was staffed with friendly smiling faces. Once in the exam room I was greeted by Mireya. She took so many pictures and then reviewed everything with me prior to Dr. Long coming in for his exam. Dr. Long is a very soft spoken professional who explained everything to me in a way that I could really understand. After reviewing my x-rays and looking inside my mouth he then turned to me and talked to me as if I was someone in his family on what he can and will do for me. He talked about my options, a budget as well as his recommendations with such concern for my well being. All of which he explained would be done over time and not in one of 2 appointments. Dr. Long and all of his staff are exceptionally warm and professional people who make you want to come back for your next visit. I also just have to say that because I still work it was also very important to me that they have Saturday hours. Park Family Dentistry provides this also. I have spent many years trying to find a Dentist I not only like but that I can trust and I now know that I have finally found my forever Dentist and Dental Office. I spent almost 2 hours on my first visit and can say I truly enjoyed myself at the Dentist’s Office and I look forward to my next visit next week. I highly recommend Park Family Dentistry. You will never use another dentist after your very first visit.

Are you as petrified of dentists as I am? Do you have an anxiety attack just thinking about having to go to the dentist? If so, this is the place to go. My dentist, Dr. Bracho, and dental assistant, Roberta, are the best on the planet. I needed a ton of work done in my mouth and kept letting it get worse due to my dental fears. Park Dental and Cosmetic Dentistry use conscious sedation. You take 1 or 2 pills 30 minutes before your dental appt and you remember nothing!!! You are still awake and can follow commands but you absolutely remember nothing. You need to have someone take you and bring you home from your appt. Monday, I was in the dental chair for almost 4 1/2 hours for my dental procedure and do not remember a minute of it. Another great point of this dental office is they financially work with you. I do not have dental insurance and my only income is social security disability. They will work with you on discounts plus offer interest free loans. If you pay by cash, they give you another discount. I dont know what I would have done if it wasnt for Dr. Bracho and Roberta. There are other dentists in this office but I have not had any inter-action with them. Im sure they are just as considerate and kind as Dr. Bracho. Please remember if you need to go to a dentist and are very afraid, tell them you want to have your dental work done by conscious sedation. Its the only way I will ever have dental work done. The medication in those 1 or 2 little pills is unbelieveable!!!! Why remember having novocaine shots or hearing all the noises of drilling your teeth when you dont have to? You will never find a friendlier, caring staff. Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry gets 10 gold stars from me!! Try them out. You wont be disappointed.

First dental visit with Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and was very impressed from start to finish! All of the staff was friendly and attentive. The office was beautiful inside. At first, I walked into a day spa reception area, not a dentist office! The elegant/relaxed atmosphere maintained through out the entire office and the chairs I sat in offered massage and heat. Tammy was so sweet and took pictures for my initial consultation while also taking with my son as he waited. The dentist was kind and she seemed very reasonable. She explained her recommendations for a treatment plan which was simple and not the most expensive option. The hygienist, Heather, was wonderful. She did a great job and I look forward to my next cleaning with her! Finding an excellent hygienist is just as important to me as finding a great dentist. (FYI, I prefer the deep clean feeling after I leave, past experiences at other offices felt like they hardly did anything - Heather was thorough!) The office staff was very professional and patient, helping me with my insurance company. Which brings me to my final reason why I will definitely recommend Park Family and Comestic Dentistry to everyone... Although they were not in my insurance network, they still filed all of my paperwork and my cost was less than at other dentists I went to in Naples that were in-network! I also picked up a brochure they have for self-pay customers and the prices seemed very reasonable!!! 5 Star Services for an affordable cost! * I was not offered any free service or anything out of the ordinary to inspire my review. This Dentist Office is just that great and I found them on Google, read the reviews and am extremely greatful for others positive responses that encouraged my visit!
