Make sure this doctor is in your network. I thought I was going to see a James Decubellis which is listed as in the network but when I got there I ended up seeing a Dr Ambrosio which is not in the network so I was charged for the visit. They took a copy of my card and at that point they should have told me he was not in the network and the visit would not be covered.

I went to see Dr Frank because I was having severe lower back pain. Without the need of a prescription, he had my pain from a 9.5 down to a 2 in 3 visits. I can actually go back to my normal routines at work. I will be going to him again 2-3 times a month to make sure this does not happen again. He has a patient for life. Thanks again Dr Frank!
