My credit card and photo ID was held until the procedure was completed-I dont think they ever called me by name. I felt like an object. They over charged me, when my insurance paid their portion they had to return the over charge to me. They scheduled another appointment again with a very high charge-when I checked with my insurance the follow up charge would have been double as to what the insurance allowed. I did not go back-I found another dermatologist that was reasonable in charge and did call me by my name and did not keep my credit card and photo id hostage.

I called to make my appointment and couldnt get one for over a month then i got there on time but waited in the lobby for over 15 min which is normal but then they called me back and me and my 2 year old daughter (we were there for her) waited another hour and a half before I just walked out. Receptionist wasnt very friendly and I went to make a new appointment and again cant get in for another month! Horrible... they need to not worry about money so much and stop triple booking the one Dr.

dr made me feel like i was bothering her. when she hurt me during a skin cancer removal and i said ow, she got aggravated and said "Im not hurting you" she spent the time with me joking and laughing with her assistants.I had a problem with my short term disability and the office was not very helpful. Will never go back. found a much better dermatologist. advised my primary not to refer people to this place.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for my refund. The purposely over charged me for services to my Ins and once we (the Ins co and I) caught the mistake they have given me the run around for my refund. It is over $350!!!! Do no EVER go here. They will treat you like crap and take your money. Horrible people!!!!!

I have been going to Prestige Dermatology for 2 years now for basic skin treatments and every time i feel well taken care of. the staff is attentive and aware of all my needs. I highly recommend them. I enjoy the services and the bagels in the morning.
