Bay Dermatology is the best doctor office that I have visited, in our area. Pristinely clean, and welcoming, with an ample reception area, and a genuine caring staff. The attention to the patients, from the reception, to the nurse, to the physician , whom is very thorough, treats you with expertise and kindness. One does not feel rushed, like in many places, the quality of service is top notch. I have complete confidence in my Doctor, Dr. Michael E. Krutchik and his diagnostic. And feel privileged to be a patient at BAY DERMATOLOGY.

The director of the office staff for the Palm Harbor and New Port Richey will take your complaints, say that she will check into it and call you back but never does and the next thing that you hear from them is a letter that they want you to sign saying that you refuse their treatment for your cancer and that they made every attempt to make me aware of the necessity of their treatment. That is laughable considering that they never called back. Im now looking for a new dermatologist. And no, Im not going to sign the letter.

Requested to see a doctor and didnt get to see an actual doctor. Nurse prescribed me medication that has negative drug interactions with my current medications. Nurse practitioner didnt want to go over everything I came into office for in 1 visit. Told me to come back for another visit so she could go over rest of issues second visit. Dont go here. Tried calling and Office Manager Deb is blind to any issues. Sides with office staff.

Dr.Krutchik was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable for my procedure. I had a pre-cancer lesion frozen on my face under my eye on the side of my nose. It was quick painless and now a month later, barely a mark to be seen. There was a minimal wait time (4 minutes) from the time I signed in until I was called back. This facility is now my go to dermatology center for any issues and annual exams.

I had an appointment for 220 on March 30, 2016 and I was in and out in no time at all. I was very happy not having to wait for the appointed time to be seen. The Dr. Krutchik was very nice and when I called to have my prescription filled for my hands, I was surprised that it was done the next day. The PA was nice and knowledgable but my daughter left not knowing what products to use, how often or when to use them to help with acne. After being seen, we sat in room waiting not sure our appt. was complete. Samples were at the desk with no explanation of what they are and what to do with them.

Everything at this place is great! The employees and the doctor were really nice. It is beautiful inside with giant palm trees. Plenty of seating. I didnt have to wait more that a few minutes and the doctor gave me samples. My doctor was Michael Krutchik.

I used to work here and if you ever see dots on your chart that means they have labeled you "crazy/mentally unstable". Ive seen pts there that just asked too many questions and they put the dots on the chart. Highly unprofessional
