This place does not deserve 1 star!! I am all for giving credit where credit is owed...but i have to say that the only thing i liked about the office is Allie which pretty much takes care of everything. The first time i went there I was the first patient and it took nearly an hour to be brought back into the office and all i heard while waiting was the Dr yelling at the employees!! Dr Marcelo Anayas needs to retire!! i dont even know who on earth gave that man a medical license!!! He is so rude, unprofessional, demeaning and rushes you out of the room. I have been there only twice and both times he did nothing.. No examination no questions. he did not even go over my results with me and the only reason i was referred out to several specialists (after i asked several times with no result) was because a threatened him with my lawyer!! I do not advise anyone going to him. I dont know much about the pediatric side so i wont comment on it. The office looks abandoned and dirty. They can afford fancy check in tablets but the office looks and smells like crap!! Seriously?!?! I will never show my face there again!!!

This place is a joke. First time I called to ask of they do physicals on walk in basis, they said yes ( it was my first time here) when I walk in and asked the lady she just pointed at the paper that says physicals are by appointment ONLY. IF ur child is sick and U walk in be ready to be there the hole day been here since 9 am with my daughter who has athsma badly and its 11am they havent checked me in yet!!!!!! This place is super slow. Plus a lot of parents dont watch their kids with the small kids chair. They use it to slide with it through the hole ROOM!!! THEY CAN HURT EACH OTHER. DEFF HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR THIS DOESNT SEEM TO CHANGE. (THE DOCTOR IS AWESOME) ITS JUST THE WEITING TIME.

Dont even waste your time at this doctor. They just want to make money off of your insurance, they are trying to make me go get blood work and a bunch of other stuff done just for me to get a referral to a gyno. This is absolutely ridiculous!! If this is your pcp, i highly suggest you find a new one as i am in the process of finding a new doctor. Do not waste your time people! You dont want a doctor that only cares about trying to get the most money they can out of you, you want a doctor that actually cares about your well being. (Reffering to orange city location)

The docs are great! Wait time is normally expected. They rotate appts and walk ins so youre not there all day. Its a very busy place. So mny people complain about their wait time, but these docs spend more than just 5 mins per patient. They make sure you are given the time needed to address all concerns. I have 4 children and theyve seen the last 2 since birth. They were my pediatricians for 14 yrs. I wish I could have taken them with us when we moved out of state. I hope my nxt docs are as great as them!

After seeing all the bad reviews I was skeptical about bringing my children to see her. After our visit I was relieved that Dr. Anayas was really attentive during our visit and answered all my questions. She really took the time to talk to my daughter to make her feel comfortable, the staff was great and everything was super clean. I will definitely be keeping her as our pediatrician.

They are extremely slow. Wait time is ridiculous even when theres not many patients. And kind of dirty. No outlet covers and i feel like they rush my appointment sometimes. Doctor Anayas is the best but I cant wait that long especially with a sick toddler and an appointment

This place is a joke.... Never on time!!!!! Of The office is supposed to open at 830am, shouldnt it be OPEN WITH STAFF PRESENT? The dr likes to speak to you like an idiot and the staff speaks to him even worse. Ill be finding a new doctor.

Very dirty. Never any soap in the girls bathroom. Gross. Wait time is always over an hour or 2. Love Dr Pam though, but will be finding a new dr.
