I requested flu mist for my three healthy children and was told that wasnt an option for me because I have private insurance. I offered to pay out right and the DOCTOR! Dr Clifford said no those doses are only for public aid children then said to me the shot is more effective anyway. So thats what? I cant request what I want for my children because hes saving the cheaper less effective drug for the children whose parents cant pay?? Then my oldest daughter has warts on her toe, she was upset upon arrival but of course expected at a PEDIATRICIANS office while the nurse was checking vitals and working with me to calm her DR CLIFFORD came in and refused to do the planned procedure and at my insistence!! We were there left school early she was calm etc he reluctantly agreed to do a freeze treatment which after another 20 minutes of sitting around he finally came in (I heard him outside the door chatting with reception and it had nothing to do with work) anyway he brings to open THE EXACT wart remoter freeze off kit I had purchased from target weeks before. He had ZERO idea how it worked I had to help him and then proceeded to BURN my daughters knee badly with the product because again he had no idea what he was doing!!!! I dont often use the word hate but after 3 states and 6 pediatricians I can 1000% tell you this man is awful!! Oooh and his staff San never figure out how to bill insurance properly takes months to settle a single well check up

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! The insurance supposedly dropped this doctor from their network and I had NO notice. I am in need of my child to get a referral asap and they will NOT help me unless I come in and pay $100 for a little piece of paper. He was just seen in January! Once again treating a patient, a child in need as another damn number. They made the mistake and now I have to pay for it?? A new doctor will NOT refer him unless hes been seen twice. So in the meantime, he is SOL! And the advice from the person that called me about taking him to an ER was extremely out of line!! Very unprofessional and rude!! Doctor should already retire, seems to have some "hand tremor" issues as well.

Dr. Selsky was my first visit when looking for a pediatrician, and I didnt search any further when I found him. They took me immediately when I wanted to visit before giving birth to my first, and he answered every question I had, and as I was a little unprepared, he explained to me everything I would want to know but didnt think to ask. Every member of staff I have met has been exceptional and caring. Every time Ive called, Ive spoken with someone right away, and have been helped with what I needed. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Seriously amazing! I found him on zocdoc whenever I got out of the hospital after giving birth. I was a little skeptical, because Im a first time mom. But he is truly amazing. He takes his time to make sure to answer all questions, and even asks your questions you might not even remembered that you had. Him and his staff are super sweet and amazing. I am so glad I found him. I dont care that its the next county over. Ill willingly drive 30ish minutes just so my daughter has the best care out there, with someone that actually cares.

The Doctor himself is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable about Pediatrics and is out right honest with you. I have moved and wanted my childrens medical records sent to their new Pediatric office. I filled out two medical release form and it has been almost a month and no records have been received at the new office. I have called today to see if I can just pick them up and no reply. Thats why the rating isnt a 5.

We love family First. Having our first child we werent sure what to expect and knowing we have a good Dr for our son is very comforting. We always get in for sick visits the day of most of the time if they cannot get us in they are really good about recommendation for after hours faculties. I dont have a problem seeing the PAs because they have always been professional and sweet with my son.

I walked in as a new patient and usually you have to sit around and wait forever for late doctors. But I didnt get a chance to finish filling out the paperwork before someone was coming to take us back! His manors with children are amazing. He is very clear and makes sure you know what is going on no matter what. I am so impressed. Too bad he doesnt take care of Adults too!!!

I just want to take a moment to say from my experience this office has gone above and beyond the call of duty on many levels. Dr Selsky is nothing short of informative, attentive and personable. I absolutely love this Dr, nurses, and staff! Ive been going to him since my son was born. He knows what hes doing. He is the on call Dr when the office is closed and responds quickly which gives me peace of mind. He takes his time with his patients and my son loves going to see him. I would reccommend to anyone that is looking for a pediatrician.
