Mi hijo es paciente de este lugar. Lo traje por una emergencia tenia cita para las 11:30 am. Reciente es la 1:20 y aun estoy esperado aun para k lo llamen. Al principio tubimos un pequeño mal entendido con la gerente de este lugar parese k le gusta hacer el Show. Mi Bb simplemente tiene un resfriado k no c define en nada pero me mandan al area de sic. Yo c mi Bb no esta con enfermedad contagiosa. Lo k les dije fue " no kiero k mi bb c me balla a enfermar mas por enviarmelo a la sala de espera don de estannlos k de verdas estan enfermos,, k conste"" la gerente llamo nombre de mi bb y empezo a discutir con mi eaposo yo sali hacia la sala mencionada mi eaposo recalco el bb no esta enfermo y salio hacia la otra sala. En la sala de sic vuelve a llamar a mi bb y empieza a discutir k ella no permite k alguien le falte el repeto a sus empleados, nadie le falto el respeto ellos tienen sistema dw seguridad donde lo pueden comprovar, pero ella con su aptitud si no c dio cuenta le falta el respeto a sus clientes. Como madre entiendo k hay k cuidar la salud de los mas pequeños pero tienen k tener a alguien en la sala para k esten pendientes de todos ahi.. Ahi avian niños con chorreo en su nariz uno cuando recien esta entrando venia de afuera y alguien k lo acompañava decia el esta vomitando y estan en sala de espera de los sanos QUIEN ENTIENDE ESTE CONTROL..

Dont waste your time at this clinic. They have inadequate, incompetent, rude staff. The only positive thing I can say is that I didnt have to wait a month to be seen, however, I arrived at 3:30 and left at 6:30 and without lab work forms. No one there knows what theyre doing and the part of the staff that are actually trying to do a good job seem to be under a lot of pressure. Ive worked in the med field before so Im familiar with doctors who want to fill up their schedule no matter how long it will take to actually get through the patients efficiently and in a timely manner. A 3 hr wait for a 5 min visit with an incompetent "doctor". Emeline Ramos is the "doctor" we saw. The doctors make their staff deal with the consequences of their poor scheduling requests so everyone loves the doctors but in actuality theyre the main ones to blame for the poor service at this office. The doctor who saw my daughter was pushing for her to get a vaccine I wasnt comfortable with and never even requested labs, the norm for an annual physical. I asked for a referral to a derm and she ASSUMED she knew what it was & prescribed med that will actually worsen the condition of someone that plays outdoor sports, which she was aware of as we were also there for a SPORTS PHYSICAL. Calling the office the next day to ask about the labs was worse than the actual visit. The receptionist puts you on hold every time you ask a question and never comes back with answer, then becomes offended if you ask her to speak english because thats what you speak. The "office manager" is even worse, stating my poor experience after a 3 hr wait is my OPINION.....is she serious?? Then disregards my complaint and asks me where I want the labs sent. Ive already set up a complaint with my insurance company to make sure these idiots get taken down. They have no idea what theyre doing, they are all, including the doctors, inexperienced. Any doctor that is ok with having an office manager that is so ignorant, incompetent, rude, and flat out dumb is not ok. If I was a disrespectful parent who was out of line, Id understand, but that definitely was not the case. Parents, please educate yourselves so you know what your child needs when they get a physical. Have it written down so you dont get distracted and forget like I did. Doctors are becoming lazier by the minute so its our responsibility to research meds and vaccines before we allow them to be administered to our children. Most docs will tell you theyre safe because its another paycheck for them. Dont fall for it. Needless to say Ive already switched doctors in less than 24 hrs since the appt.

So, heres the thing: Ive been with Dr Silva all my life (Im over 18 so all 18 years). I have my younger sister as well who also had him. My younger cousin who I believe visits him. Now I have my niece to see him. So essence, hes known my family for years! Hes friendly, very easy to get along and talk to and well informed of things. The doctors there are great! However, what makes this rating ever so low are those front desk ladies and the waiting time. Since they moved their office from S Semoran (yes I recall that location), into this new facility, the waiting time has been ridiculous. If you book your appointments past 10:00am, get ready to wait a minimum of 2 hours (longest I waited may have been 4 for me because they have preference over the younger kids than the older ones when I got sick at 17 years old) and by the time your kid gets called in, itll be another 15-30 minutes to wait for the doctor to see them. The ladies at the front desk are a bunch of chismosas (gossipers) who give people attitudes to those who repeatedly try to ask them questions (ridiculous, really). Ive told my parents to inform Silva about these ladies because most of them look like theyre just goofing around the office talking to each other and mostly about certain people and patients. When they answer phones theyre not all super friendly. Only one of those ladies have attended me and my family very nicely (I wish I could recall her name) but the others are a waste of money and management to these doctors. This office needs to learn theyre losing patients over these two major things. Their waiting rooms are small for the capacity of patients that seem to have appointments (one on Semoran was much bigger). Whoever is making schedules needs to get fired and learn how to set appointments by looking into the amount of patients they have and the capacity they can hold on a daily basis. If anything at least make less appointments to certain people so no one ever has to wait so long for their kid to get checked. And they need to fire these ladies and hire friendlier staff members who know what theyre doing. Otherwise, this place would be a great place to have your kids looked at.

El nuevo personal es muy descortes y grosero. Los docotres son buenos pero no les importa dejar a los pacientes esperando minimo 2 horas para ser vistos. Haces una cita en la mañana (9 a.m) y sales a las 2 o 3 de la tarde. El lugar es muy pequeño para la cantidad de pacientes que pueden atender. Creo lo peor aparte de la espera son las que trabajan en la oficina. Tardan para atender al telefono y muchas veces te dejan en espera y luego te cuelgan. Llevo 7 años llevando a mis hijos en esta clinica pero desde hace unos meses que han cambiado a la mayoria de personal la clinica se ha vuelto un ambiente muy pesado, especialmente con las que trabajan enfrente, son muy groceras y descortes. Me cambio!

If you cant take your children to the pediatrician when they are sick, when and where do you suppose to take it? If you ever pass the rude front desk and can see Dr. Martinez will be in great hands because the only other good Dr. that use to worked there was Dr. caballero is not longer there. He did the same we are going to do switch office. I took my son today because he was sick and the front ladies start saying that he can not be seen. I decided to take my chance and wait anyway and without asking the office manager came out been very unprofessional and rude and said to me: " WE ARE NOT A WALKING CLINIC" That I can not take my son there. So I asked were I suppose to take him when he wake up sick. They said they were full and if by any chance they have a cancellation they will see it and the wait was going to be longer than usual. I keep saying that I was use to it because Usually it takes 3 to 4 hour when you have an appoiment, so I can not imagine after everything they told me and the way they treat us, when he was going to be seen. I felt that they did not want to take care of him So I stop begging for a service and even I I did not think I was a hospital emergency we ended in Nemours were my son was treated with profesionalism and kindness no matter how long we wait.( aprox. 1hour 45min)
