I echo the earlier reviews. Dr Virdi really pays close attention to my daughter...asks a lot of questions and is very patient with our questions, etc....reminds me of my doctor growing up. Even though I relocated to the other side of Orlando I still keep coming back as I am confident that my daughter is getting the great care there. The whole staff is very friendly. Further, I just had a billing issue where the office manager took it upon himself to resolve things with the insurance company...I was taken aback...having gotten used to other health care businesses pushing these issues in your face with a "resolve it with your insurance company or it goes to collection" type response I planned to spend a hour(s) trying to get it resolved myself. Score one for "theres still good people/places out there"

This doctor is nasty and has no clue what customer service entails. she even took away the credit card machines and demands cash only. never said anything before arrival. what is this a third world country clinic? Horrible horrible horrible person. doesnt really care about healing anyone just wants to be the control freak and talk down to you. Be very careful. anyway taking cash only is hiding something.
