NOT WELCOMING.... I am a mother who was trying to visit and take a tour of Childrens 1st. I was contacted while my son was in the hospital and was invited to take a tour. I did not know it was MANDATORY to set an appointment just to look around. I took the day off to visit PPECs and it was the ONLY one that turned me around and did not accommodate. That is an extremely RED flag for me. I chose a PPEC that felt welcoming from when I walked in the door. This facility is not customer/client friendly and when I spoke to the coordinator she had an attitude like I did something wrong. After the stress us parents go through, to not feel welcomed or treated fairly, is something we should never worry about. Its too corporate, I want a loving atmosphere.

I cant ever say anything negative about Children First, they really do put our children first, this previous week i was having issues with my youngest sons bed, and i was having a very difficult time trying to readjust it, so i called Children First and let them know of my issue and they quickly dispatched one of their drivers out to assist me, the gentleman that arrived at my home name was John Ayala, he was extremely polite and didnt seem to be bothered to help me in something so minor. John fix the issue very quick and also walked me threw step by step on how to readjust the bed if the issue was to ever happen again. I really appreciated his help and really could not thank him enough for it.

I give this place 5 stars. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our driver was a Mr. Kervens Dean Baptiste (I hope I spelled his last name correctly lol!) He was delivering a nebulizer machine for my 20 month old daughter. He made sure to stay communication with me about his ETA. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. He went over the equipment with me and my daughter. He didnt rush, asked if we had any questions. I signed all necessary paperwork. He asked before leaving if we had any questions, and he also told us about the warranty on the product. I would definitely recommend this company/driver to friends and family.

Ive worked for Childrenfirst for 20 years and i wouldnt be there if i didnt enjoy the place i work. I love the Pavilion i work in, i love my coworkers, i love the children that i care for, and i love my boss. We work as a team always. Its a great place to work because in the pavilions, you really do have alot of autonomy because its just you and your partner working together. There is no one looking over your shoulder. But at the same time, there is clinical support for you only a call away if you need it. I love the flexibility with my schedule. I can take off whenever i want. Childrenfirst Pediatric Pavilions is where its at!

Staffing is rude and takes the nurses for granted. They try to lowball you on pay. Some of the group homes are dirty. One of them smells like theres cats and a litterbox in the house. The power to one of the group homes went out the other night and the generator wouldnt work properly; the fire department had to come out. They said it was their SECOND call out to the house for the same issue. This is a house with vent patients. Very dangerous. Dont be fooled by their so-called reputation. They are known for hiring brand new nurses with next to no experience.

Horrible place. I dont understand how they are still in business. Suppose to be at my house on Monday and never show no call. Got a call 3 days later saying will be at our house at 11am with my daughters feeding tube supplies. Call them almost 2hrs later wondering where they at. Said driver had an emergency in palm bay. Never got a call to say they will be late. Until my husband called. Needless to say we refused their business. Would never recommend to another family.

worst company to do business with they dont pay their vendors. We use to transport their patients and they dont pay our invoices. They have rude staff and cheap managers who like to stiff out their vendors from paying them.

Deserves 0 stars. Put aside the fact that the delivery of your childs supplies is late, missing items and contains wrong items. The staff is rude and put their own ego and narcissism before the patients health.
