It is no wonder insurance costs are sky high. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They told me my insurance would cover the monthly rental for a c-pap. It did. I changed jobs and new insurance will not so I was going to buy the machine out. I asked how much would I need to pay to keep the machine. They said 15 months remaining at $136 per month for $2040.00! The EXACT same machine is $879 (highest price) and best price I found was $689 for everything, shipping, supplies the works. I told the person that they can take it back but then it is used, I would gladly purchase for somewhere between the $689 and $879. She said, and this just rocked my world, "why would we sell it to you for that price when the insurance companies will pay us $2400?" No wonder our healthcare is all $%^&%%$ up. Companies like this collude with the insurance companies to inflate prices and then stick it to the consumer when and where they can. I will not even mention their incompetence, lack of service, or ATTITUDES, of the people. Dealing with them on the phone, (in the Philippines no less) is a nightmare. CS folks got my billing, insurance etc so messed up it is not even funny. I am SO glad I am away from these hijackers. Dont use them if you do not absolutely have to. Ask your Dr. for another provider.

First I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to write reviews about their personal experiences with Apriea Healthcare. I was working with CareCentrix/Cigna to obtain a knee-scooter. After a two-week wait, I began researching online to purchase one. I received a call from an "Unknown" number, and a message from a person with a very thick foreign accent who directed me to call a number to set up a delivery. The person did not state the name of the company, or identify who was calling. I called the number to have another person with a thick foreign accent, answer the call. She identified the company. After asking for my name, she asked for my debit card information. (Please, keep in mind that this piece of equipment is covered 100% by Cigna, and all billing is to be conducted through CareCentrix, and not a third company.) As I was asked for this personal financial information, I googled Apria Healthcare, and discovered that many complaints were posted regarding their billing policies. Not sure if Apria was an online re-targeting scam, I refused to give them the information, and called CareCentrix to complain. By all means, this company has too many incompetent people with limited communication skills working for it! I will do without the equipment before I deal with this company!

If I could give this company a lower rating I would. Its companies like this that make our insurance rates so high. It took close to 6 months to get them to pick up our oxygen cylinders when I was taken off them. Each month the insurance company was being charged for 18 tanks of oxygen I wasnt using. Those 18 cylinders were picked up on 30 Nov 2016. It took more than a dozen phone calls to make it happen. Almost six weeks ago I started trying to get our oxygen concentrater picked up and just got an appt. Only to discover that they will call us THAT morning to tell us when they will be here during the day. It is absolutely ridiculous to be held hostage in my own home by this company. And while all of this is going on, the insurance company is still being charged. I am beyond frustrated. IF you care about your time and your insurance rates DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They will not stand behind their products. Bought my Cpap in January of this year and water chamber started to rust out. I called to get it replaced but when I called the company I got the run around. They transferred me to some one in the Phillipines that didnt even understand my issue and concern. All I wanted was a replacement for their defected product and never got resolved. I am now going to make a formal complaint to my insurance carrier and ask them to find me a different vendor for my supplies and also my husband.

The robo calls are extremely annoying. My husband uses C-PAP and we get robo calls multiple times a day. We have asked for them to stop and even blocked the number. Unfortunately, our phone rings once before the block so we are still harassed by the phone calls. This irritation has overcome any potential benefit of using this company, and my husband has asked his doctor to switch to a different company. He suspects a kickback because his doctor said, "Lets try them one more time." Lets not!

We had a great experience with Apria today, thanks to Sean. He is extremely knowledgable and took a long time helping us choose the mask that would be the best fit based on my husbands preferences and explaining the details of the machine at great length, as well as taking the time to answer all of our questions. My husband has not started using the mask yet but our experience so far has been outstanding, thanks in great part to Sean. Thank you.

This company is the worst! I set an appointment, they changed the appointment without discussing it with me, I waited all day long and then they told me the driver already tried to deliver it and I wasnt home. LIES. No apologies, no well drop it off immediately, just attitude and disrespect. if you have an option for another company- go with it. I cant even find a customer complaint line to report all this.

Apria SUCKS. Crappy customer service, have to call five different numbers to get the department you want. To top it all off they require two weeks notice to deliver a concentrator when Rotech only requires two day notice. That is a HUGE difference. Bad service all the way around.

Have had nothing but problems with this company! Nobody is on the same page when you call and each rep that answers the phone tells you different things.
