Very difficult to get confirmation of appointments. The office staff is rude and at times would not confirm appointments even the business day before. Nurses were always late, several times as much as 1.5 or 2 hours late. One of the nurses refused to wear the sterile gloves that came with the IV kit, even when we asked her to.
