WOW I thought id give th place a chance despite the bad reviews. CHANGE YOUR PCP ASAP. I came in and waited almost two hours to be seeN WITH an appointment. Finally I said I had to go amd they moved me to see another doctor. The doctor at the end of the day despot me being on meds for two years for my hypothyroidism said he would rather me do bloodwork first since HE has never prescribed this for me. I asked for prenatal vitamins had had a baby 2 a little over a month before this.head, I didnt need it, Americans take too much vitamins. First we will see with blood work, though Im sure youll need vitamin D. I say why? Because your skin is so white. I have had 3 kids in 5 yrs, so lots of bloodwork, Ive never been vitamin D deficient and I am always outside and walk everywhere since I dont drive and I drink LOTS of milk. Interesting how he knows all this about me, despite health records. So I come back a 2 weeks later for all this bloodwork and apparently my Medicaid had lapsed and I would have to pay out of pocket. I didnt have the money so I postpostponed it. Well finally after a few month of figuring all this put I still dont have insurance or medication and Ive been getting sick because of it. I call and say is there anyway I can get the blood work and self pay. She said no problem we can bill you. Scheduled me for today. I call this,morning to confirm if I should be fasting before I come in and guess what? No surprise they cant take self pay and if have to go somewhere else. How so money based these tests they need from me are. They dont care about my health. Changing this ridiculous office who are just incompetent in every way. My medication is $5 at Wal-Mart. But despitw my records... They cant precribe me anything.l DO NOT COME TO,THIS PLACE. CHANGE YOUR PROVIDER ASp

If I could give half of a star rating I would! From my first appointment I had for 11am, I wasnt done until after 3:30pm and NO I wasnt being fully assessed as a new patient, I was waiting to be seen by the doctor majority of that time. Okay, my next appointment I had to tell them I didnt have the time to waste waiting that day. I was told, I wouldnt be waiting so long as I did for the 1st appointment, which usually takes that long for new patients (I shouldve switched dr.s from the 1st experience). My last straw was having an appointment and waiting again over 1 1/2 hrs. An appointment is made to keep a schedule. If we as patients arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment then we have to reschedule because were late. I feel they should show the same respect for peoples time in return. Theyre full of poor excuses and stink nonchalant attitudes. I dont usually take the time out to do reviews but this place needs it! You have been warned about them.

All these comments are so right...the woman that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness i didnt have an urgent problem because I would die trying to get an appointment. I waited a whole month to get an appointment only to be called 2days before to reschedule. Saying that the nurse practitioner quit so she scheduled my another 3weeks out so then when that day came only to tell me I didnt have an appointment..that My appointment was a month ago. So bad for business and unorganized I wonder how the corporate feels about how things are being handled. Ill find another provider!!!!!

Horrible hospitality! Waited a MONTH for an appointment only to be called 3 DAYS before my scheduled appointment to be told that had to be re-scheduled for TWO MORE months away!! When inquiring about what happened to my appointment in the first place the woman on the phone rudely asked "look do you want this appointment or not" !?!?! No thanks!!! If i cant even be treated respectfully over the phone i would NOT trust them with my health!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The worst experience to a doctor office. Was told my appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 130pm (I live one hour and 15 minutes from here) and its 4pm and I still have not been called in by the doctor. Im writing this as I am still here waiting in the waiting room. Theres no one here waiting as well (now I know why its empty)

Run out of there! They made my dad wait 2 hours to see his doctor. The doctor had no clue how to treat my fathers illness. Treated for two years and there was no improvement in his health. Doctor did not realize that my dad had cancer. How can you not see that in his labs.

TERRIBLE. No one answers the phone if they do expect to hung up on OR left on hold until you decide to hang up! The wait time is too long for no reason. Waste of time.
