WARNING: record your entire visit or nobody will ever believe what happened. Something going on here that doesnt make sense. Doctor is irritable every single appointment, even after taking an entire month vacation to Egypt. Always his assistant will sit behind you while the doctor is in the room. Taking notes or what? Why submit to abuse? Doctor has anger issues. Doctor is vindictive. Doctor insists on frequent appointments. Doctors office manager aggressively oversteps her bounds pursuing extraordinary clerical needs from patient. I could litigate but easier moving on elsewhere. Read the Quran how najis infidels should be treated, is that what you want?

Great dr very friendly and caring and extremely helpful only problem I ever have is with the office staff seems anytime I have a question or need paperwork no one takes initiative they all pile it on the office manager who seems stretched thin (but does a great job when you get a hold of her ) the dr is great dealing with the staff if you have paperwork or questions of that nature is not so great but still worth the hassle to see dr eisa (one of the best dr in bay co )

I found Dr. Eisa likable but blind to the shortcomings of his office staff. A simple insurance question required 5 phone calls always finding the one person capable of answering an insurance question, not there. When she finally did call back she went on a 8 minute rant coming quite close to yelling at me about her personal problems and lame excuses. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of good doctors in this area.

Well was decent doctor till he decides to go an write orders with out consulting me saying he wanted me finish my iv antibiotics in skilled nursing home I mean really patient comes first prick n I hope u can live with bein a sick a a paralyzed person
