I went to this practice for 3+ years and loved it. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome...until she left the practice. When I tried to schedule an appointment with another doctor, they labeled me a "new patient" and said they were not accepting new patients at that time. Being a dedicated patient to this practice, this was a slap in the face. This practice has no qualms about throwing a patient out to the wolves. A little better planning for the overflow from patients being left without a doctor would have been nice. Not a great way to treat a patient. Even if they did happen to come up with some openings, I would not go back.

The doctors are great and the staff is excellent! Thought this was Norton childrens medical associates. Ignore my review. I tried deleting but it wont let me.

Excellent group of people. Do their jobs well. Especially Dr. Amitava Gupta. Excellent arm and hand surgeon. Wasnt for him. Wouldnt have a arm.
