I am a single mother that works during their work week hours of 9am-5pm. I intended on registering my son as a new patient with their office. They informed me that the ONLY time that I can have my son seen is in the 3pm hour and ONLY during the week. They then went on to inform me that their Saturday appointments are strictly for emergency cases which is odd because it does not state this anywhere. This was a terrible form of customer service and they did not offer any alternatives for my son to be seen. I do hope this "policy" gets revised but this was a terrible first impression. I decided to register my son with Pediatric Associates instead.

I take my son here now ever since Pediatric Associates LOST all my sons shot records. The staff here was very nice and the environment was very comfortable. The doctor was very informative. Glad I found somewhere new to take my son.

Doctor refused to listen about behavioral problems and told me I should either beat or starve my child as punishment. Will never recommend.
