The staff at the front desk were nice, however they were obviously understaffed as they only had two people and they were working two windows checking people in and out. After waiting 45minutes we were finally called back, only to have just my daughters vitals taken and then we were whisked away to one of the patient rooms only to be left waiting even longer. We waited another half hour before we were seen by a Nurse Practitioner who had the personality of a robot and clearly had nothing better than to lecture me on how to cope with some recent changes my two year old has gone through when clearly this P.A. has never actually been a mother. I was not impressed. If my insurance company allowed us other options, I would not choose to go back.

Dr. Marcus was the doctor for both my daughters (26 & 22 now) and my grandson (soon to be six) until his passing. Dr. Freimark is equally amazing with my grandson. The doctors, nurse practitioner and staff provide the utmost care and attention. I feel very blessed to have them for so many years. *the Nelms Family*

very rude staff. horrible phone waits, and very poor customer service. I was calling to inquire about transfering my child, but quickly changed my mind after I have recieved the awful customer service that I had recieved. After speaking wqith friends that went there, I glad that I found out early!

Dr Marcus and his staff are awesome. Dr Friemark takes some getting used to. Dr Marcus shows that he genuinely cares 4 you and your child. This office has great hrs it caters to the working mom.

Office is remodeled very clean. They hired a new front desk person (thankfully) shes kind and patient. Ive been with them for 14 years. Great staff!
