Im not sure what is going on and why all these horrible reviews have been given. This is an exceptional group of pediatric doctors. My son is 15 years old and was under their care for 9 years until we moved out of state. I have recently given birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl and I was almost in tears when I had to choose a pediatrician for her and I realized it would not be any of them. I wish that they were here in my new home town so that I could take her to them. They are pretty much all inclusive, whether you need lab work ( which they have a pretty extensive amount of labs that they can run in the office ie: blood work, urine analysis, cultures, strep tests, new born screenings and others), vaccinations, x-rays, vision & hearing tests, stitches and much more. They have a sick room and a well child room, a play room and a teen room and if your child should have a rash or something that is not necessarily sick related, you can call ahead and arrange to come in through the side door and be taken directly to a patient room. The doctors are all very thorough in their examination and so caring with all their patients. You are NEVER treated as just another chart number. They take as much time as they need to with your child. All eight of them. They are open from Mondays - Saturdays and even have emergency care on Sundays and that is peace of mind because kids have no schedule for getting sick. If you should ever experience any kind of rudeness or bad treatment on behalf of the staff, I urge you to ask for the manager. She is always there and will be happy to attend you. Weve all had days when we wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Dont let the ill-mannered behavior of a (having a bad day) employee be the deciding factor for you not to take your child to such a wonderful group of doctors. *Hoping this will shine a little light... *Wendy J. My children have been patients at this practice for nearly 5 years. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. All the doctors are board certified. They have in house lab and in house x-ray for minor injuries, they have Saturday hours and emergency hours on Sunday. I have always been able to have my children see a doctor when I needed even if it was not our primary doctor at the practice. I absolutely rave about Dr. Jana Myers and Dr. Judith Lederhandler. Both are caring, energetic, compassionate and competent physicians. It is a busy practice. I have always found the office staff to be professional. I would not call them rude or even unpleasant. The staff is very busy and they take care of myriad calls, call backs, new patients, emergencies and all sorts of things with efficiency. I did have a time when I was very late for my appointment (I locked my child in the car!) and it presented a problem but they worked with me. I have never found the office staff to be unreasonable. I highly recommend this practice.

Ill-mannered office staff !! My experience with the office staff was so unpleasant it refrained me from even meeting the doctor; in my opinion a doctor is only good as the representatives in the front. My husband and I rang the doorbell to the front window for over 15 minutes and still were not even acknowledged by the staff. While we were there a patient became so frustrated with the lack of attentiveness she just swung the office door open and walked right along in. I even went as far as announcing that we were there, even though we could clearly see there were people on the other side of the window and they still did not even have the common courtesy of asking us to please hold or to take seat. After this awful experience we gathered that the office staff was so rude we should just leave. However as I mentioned before we never actually met the doctor just the very irresponsible, and unprofessional staff.

The people writing the positive reviews are probably getting paid because if their experience was anything like ours, they would leave and never come back! Pediatric Professional Associates has some of the rudest people answering their phones; they are in dire need of some training on proper phone etiquette. That, or hire people who are happy to have a job. Once youve checked in and finally get called upon, you have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for your doctor to arrive. The doctors, nurses, and medical assistants always seem like theyre in a rush to get to the next person. You always feel on edge and it feels like a factory. After trying three separate doctors at their practice, my wife and I decided to leave. They are definitely not worth your time or money.

Its a shame that the quality of customer service has declined so drastically since I started taking my child three years ago. The doctors have always been great, but the staff has become incredibly rude over time. I call, and I could barely get a hello in before they just say "Hold" and place me on hold for extended periods of time. If Im requesting something, I get cut off with an attitude and get transferred to someone else, to which I have to explain myself all over again. I understand a place being busy, but a basic level of courtesy and civility is still very much expected. Ive considered switching pediatricians because of this.

I love Dr. Ginsburg, he is always very nice and always treats my child very nice. My kid doesnt like Drs much, but he certainly loves Dr. Ginsburg. He always remember us. He is also in the Connelly Doctors list (where only the good doctors in the US are); and when I was looking for a new Dr in Florida (since we used to live in NY), he was my first option; we went there three years ago, and we are still happy!

Out of the 3 Pinecrest pediatricians we have finally chose to take our newborn to the Pediatric Professional Associates. We live in Kendall - the doctors were extremely patient, and focused on delivering and teaching me all I needed to know in getting started as a new mommy. My husband and I are so happy with the pediatrician we have chosen. Thanks for running a great pediatric practice.

My wife and I were searching long and hard for a Pinecrest Pediatrcian. We finally came across Pediatric Professional Associates- the doctors were so nice and knowledgeable. We have now been taking our little girls for 4 years- We are so pleased with this pediatrician office and hope to refer many friends to this group of doctors. 5 Stars.

I LOVE this group!! No long waiting times and everyone is so kind and professional. I highly recommend this group to everyone. They answer all my questions with no rush at all and examine my son so well. My sons pediatrician is Dr. Myers but weve meet Finer, Ginsburg, and Kuhn. Theyre all amazing!

Very professional & timely- staff & doctors included. At the same time though, we always feel that our doctor (Dr. Ginsburg) cares and takes his time & explains things to us. That is an very rare combination of qualities- in any medical office.

Simply said the doctors are great but the staff are terrible, from the folks on the phones to the cashiers who make you feel as if should know what they are reading on their screens. The staff can start with "hello" it goes a long way.
