If someone were to tell me 6 years ago that I would be raving about, and actually looking forward to going to, a dentist, I would have told him or her they were out of their mind. But that is exactly what I now do. I was one of those people with an absolutely, immobilizing fear of dentists. I had not been to one in years. I made up my mind for the sake of my overall health, that I needed to get over this or at the very least find a dentist who would work with me. I "interviewed" numerous practices, and from the minute I spoke with the receptionist at Dr. Kinzlers office that very first time, I had a feeling that this was going to work. I told the receptionist about my phobia, and explained to her that I was actually nauseous while we were talking. Five years later, I am the proud owner of beautiful, straight, and above all healthy teeth. From day one I was worked with, and my fears respected, and if something proved to be too much, the process was stopped and we rescheduled when it could be performed under sedation. Dr Kinzler (Dr. Bill) and his staff are marvelous! (Elaine ROCKS!) There are a few new faces there now that I have not had the chance to get to know, but it is a very comfortable office, and every one is friendly, courteous, and you never feel rushed. One thing I appreciate the most, everything that is happening is explained to you, shown to you, and you have a genuine conversation with Dr. Bill about your treatment plan. I cannot recommend Dr. William Kinzler and his Staff enough. You might have to wait longer to get an appointment with him, but it is WELL worth the wait. There is a reason he is so popular. He is a genuinely nice person, and a phenomenal dentist!!

Dr. Kinzlers office is by far the most comfortable, clean, efficient dentist office Ive ever been to. Ive never been stuck endlessly sitting in the waiting room. The staff is extremely friendly and its obvious that Dr. Kinzler himself is passionate and dedicated to what he does, and cares about his patients. The office itself is very comfortable and clean, with TVs you can watch while having your teeth worked on. Dr. Kinzler also has the TVs hooked up to the intraoral cameras so you can see close ups of your teeth, and before-and-after views of the work he does. This is the perfect place for both those who hate and love going to the dentist!

You will know the first time you meet Dr. Kinzler that this is a dentist who loves what he does. A perfectionist in every way. You will never feel anything but relaxed. I have had root canal a few times by Dr. Bill, and never needed as much as an aspirin. You will be made comfortable from a staff of fabulous people. Time will not be wasted in the waiting room, your time is important also. Everything runs like a fine clock in this clean, friendly, professional office. Never again will you be searching for another dental office after you have met and experienced this great team.

Dr. Kinzler has been my dentist for 20 years. His professionalism, and excellent work has stood the test of time. When I have gone to other dentists (based on living in other cities from time to time) Ive received compliments from other dental professionals about the work they see. If thats not a positive recommendation, I dont know what is! Great staff, very welcoming office. Dr. Kinzler is the best, hands down.

After having a fear of dentists since childhood, I have finally found a dentist that cares. Dr. Kinzlers compassion for my fear was so genuine, I had no problem going back for the treatment he recommended. For 55 years I had panic attacks for days before going to the dentist and the appointment was torture. Not anymore. I would recommend Dr. Kinzler without any problems. Hes the BEST!

Had a "dental emergency" (front veneer come off). Dr. Kinzler saw me right away and put me back together again. He does fantastic work and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable including TVs to watch while you are in the chair!

Dr Kinzler and his staff are the best. I hated going to the dentist, but now with his sedation denistry, I had 4 appointments done in one sitting!!! If you need major work or just regular cleanings he is the best there is, and believe me I have seen many dentists....
