I would have to say that I have mixed feelings about Doctor Carreiros practice. On one hand, my hygienist was a very nice woman who did a great job, but I do not have great things to say about the dentist himself. He was not caring in the least and after my exam when he and I sat down to discuss my treatment, he came up with a course of treatment based on someone elses x-rays! he spent the entire time telling me how dire my situation was and how my x-rays showed him that, then at one point he asked me "how did you lose that tooth there?" I looked at the blowup of the x-ray that he just brought up on the screen and then looked at him and said "Ive never lost a tooth" he said "Yes you did, that one right there" and called off the number. I told him that they werent my teeth! He got flustered and covered up the best he could by blaming his office manager. I dont know about you, but that was when I decided that I needed to find a new dentist. How do I know that the course of treatment that they planned was really for me or for whoever belonged to that x-ray! I found a new dentist who has to be absolutely the best dentist on the face of the earth and never looked back. By the way, I was also informed by a second opinion that his office practices some "creative billing" procedures that end up making the patient pay much more after insurance. When I had asked his office manager about some of the billing codes she said that Met Life had changed their rules about how things must be billed, which I found out is untrue.

I;m a snowbird who had a problem. An artificial tooth which had been inserted by my dentist at home a couple of years ago, was loosened and dropped out of my mouth. It left a huge gap - it was a front tooth. This happened late on a Saturday jst before Easter Sunday. I phoned Dr. Carreiros office first thing Monday morning, spoke with the receptionist, Christiane, explained the problem. She asked when i would like to come in, AM or PM. I chose PM, at 2;30. I arrived early to fill in some forms and promptly at 2:30, a technician came and escorted me to a working office and chair. Photos of the site were taken. Dr. Carreiro came in. He examined me and the tooth I brought in and immediately went to the task at hand. he made me feel very special and comfortable and It was a great experience to have been exposed to his ability and expertise. It was a wonderful placement performed by him. i have absolutely no reservations at all of recommending his practice.he is a gentleman and superb dentist.

I recently became a client at Largo Laser Dentistry. I cant write enough about Dr. Carriero and his staff. I had dental laser surgery performed today, 8/2/17. I never had it done before today. It was painless and easy. There wasnt any need for Novocain. I left the office the same as I arrived except for my dental work. Dr. Carriero is very competent. He explained everything he did while performing the work. Hes a good guy. His assistant, Lou, was good, too. His other dental assistant, Joyce, is nice. Margot is the dental hygienist I use. Ive known Margot for a long time. She was my dental hygienist from another dentist I had who had retired. Margot is thorough and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The front desk staff, Christiana and Jenny, are most pleasant and accommodating. Theyre always pleasant, too. I recommend anyone who needs or wants a very, good dentist and hygienist to go to Largo Laser Dentistry. You wont be disappointed.

Dr. Carrero & his team are awesome! After moving here, I looked for a dentist for months and had no luck. Knowing I had a lot of work that needed to be completed, I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best service at the best price. After visiting almost all of the "used car salesmen" dentists in the area, I finally ran into Dr Carrero and his team about a year ago and couldnt be happier with them and my new fabulous smile! With out trying to up sell me on a ton of unnecessary work, he jumped right in and provided me with a detailed game plan and we began picking at the work that needed to be done, as my mouth and finances would allow. Now, a year later, everything is finished and I didnt have to hand over my first born to get back to the smile I knew I had. Thanks dr carrero & ladies!!! Regardless of where I live, Ill be seeing you guys soon!

My most recent experience at Doctor Carreiro office was exceptional. This time I needed to have a tooth crown(cap) . I had been deferring the crown because ,frankly I always found it to be unpleasant in the past to have the tooth prepped for a crown. This experience was painless from the start to the finish. The new procedure for numbing the tooth nerve was great ,didnt even feel a pinch with the needle injecting the Novocain. The temporary crown fit perfect and the finial crown took very little adjustment to make my bite perfect. I have had other procedures done on my gums with the laser technique no pain. If you have always felt uncomfortable at the dentist. Try Doc Carreiro and his support staff . It is a good experience and will change your mind set, about going to the dentist.

NO NEED TO LOOK FUTHER!! They are AWESOME!! I havent been to the dentist for a very long time and they are simply awesome and they are getting me back up to date! I chose this place because of how close they are to me, but I would still come here even if I lived far away! The staff are super friendly and professional... Prompt... And you can tell that they know their stuff! They have some awesome technology that I have never seen which was cool! I just had a deep cleaning done in my gums and she made sure I was always comfortable the whole time! I didnt feel a thing, which is good because I was so nervous, but she really made me feel good, so thank you so much for everything! You have certainly earned a repeat customer!!

Dr Carreiro and his staff deliver friendly and comfortable professional dental care. I recently had my ultrasonic cleaning which I love because there is minimal scraping involved. I always get my gums assessed and learned a new brushing technique from Darcy to keep my gums healthy. Yesterday, I had a crown completed. The Dr. and staff always check in with me to make sure I am doing ok during the procedure and always want to ensure my comfort. Everyone in all departments of the office are caring and friendly. That is why Ive been a long time patient. I am treated with great care, as a part of their family, always. I love Dr. Carreiro and his staff and recommend them to individuals who need excellent dental care.

I have been going to Dr. Carreiro for many years now. I have moved away from the area but when I come back to town, I always make sure I get in with him and his staff whether it is just time for a cleaning or if I am in need of a filling or crown. I can always get an appointment within a reasonable time frame and I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes when I arrive for my appointment. They are always very punctual. Comfort also seems to be a priority there. They always check during any procedure I have had to make sure all is still well. I can get very tense at any other dentists office but I feel very relaxed with Dr. Carreiro and his assistants.
