Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Carl Panzarella today 7/25/16. Ive been going to this dental facility for over 3 years now. Ive had multiple dentists, all pretty good except for today with Dr. Panzarella. I took my 4 year old daughter in with me for routine checks and cleaning. 1st, Dr. Panzarella has no bedside manner with kids, very uncomfortable for a "Family Practice". He determined that she needed a sealant on one of her teeth to prevent a cavity so they set up another room for the procedure. The tech even stated he had a chair ready for me to wait in the room with her. When Dr. Panzarella walked in at first i was by my daughters side because she was a little scared and tearing up a bit because she didnt know what to expect. Dr. Panzarella asked me in a condescending tone "You gonna do the work or something?" Then when it came down to her reclining back in the chair i told her to just lay back. Dr. Panzarella took his mask off and told me not to talk and better yet to go into the waiting room. I told him absolutely not. It was my 4 year old daughter and 2 grown men in a room and I was definitely not going anywhere. Needless to say after this I was not gonna let him perform any kind of procedure. He even told me to go find a kids dentist. The office manager Shevin was of absolutely no help, seemed like he could care less. He wrote down a corporate # for me and said have a good day. What horrible service today. Its sad after 3 years I have to uproot my family to another dentist, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WOULD SEE THIS DENTIST AGAIN! I called corporate and will continue to do so. The girl I spoke to at corporate is actually aware of the problem and has said she has had other complaints. This is just bad business! Dr. Panzarella SHOULD NEVER SEE CHILDREN...EVER!!

I visited this dentist yesterday with my 2 daughters, 8 and 10. Id been looking for a new dentist our whole family could go to instead of using a pediatric dentist for the kids and a different one for us parents. The $59 mail advertisement for cleaning and x-rays as well as a check up is a very good deal in my opinion and even the regular prices for cleaning (I think it is $79 for kids) and a wisdom tooth extraction ($255) is very reasonable. The cleaning was thorough and the check up by the doctor very informative. Thankfully we did not require any fillings or additional work done, and they totally respected my wishes, not to do fluoride treatments on our teeth. This is often times a point where I have been criticized by the dentist or hygienist, but but not here. They explain the pros and cons and leave the decisions up to their patients. I will be back and am totally happy I gave this dentists office a try, despite the bad reviews online. SIDENOTE: the previous reviews are of a different set of dentists and hygienists, as the ones I am reviewing are all brand new. The previous ones are no longer at this office, I was told. Maybe time to delete the old reviews, Google:)

of the 3 positive writings both of those Dentists have left. So with my new rating the ACTUAL RATING for this dentist office is 2 OUT OF 5 in Nov 2014. They obviously are a part of a large corporation by the typical way they pass the buck and you never talk to the same person twice. The staff turnover rate in the Indian Rocks Road office is astounding. I have never seen any children in there being treated, quite odd. They just basically "stole" $1,600 from me for a process regarding Invisalign braces that was never documented and the reason I had to stop was because they no longer had a dentist that wanted to work on Fridays (I travel for business). Though they did when I started. So because they cannot provide the service, I HAVE to pay $1,600. Dr. Sable took me in today knowing I was afraid of drills and with no care to my well-being (normally what he did today I would have had Novocain or laughing gas due to my fear of dental work) and he rudely treated me as if I did something wrong. I would make sure you have everything in writing - especially with hi-dollar items in this office.

I had a bad toothache and needed the tooth pulled. I came in to get a price quote and pain relief until I could finish getting the money together and time to schedule the procedure. The doctor realized the amount of pain I was in and offered to do the procedure right then even though I was a little short for my payment & didnt have much time. I cannot thank them enough to for helping me. I was very scared to do the procedure without laughing gas but the dental assistant made feel more relaxed and the dr. made sure I was completely numb before starting (I tend to require extra numbing meds). First time in weeks I havent been in excruciating pain. If it were not for this office I would have had to wait another few days or even a week to get my tooth extracted which was the only way to get significant pain relief. The price was very reasonable, either the same or less than most other dentist in the area. They also offering an online coupon for $1 emergency exam & xrays. Thank you for taking away my pain & giving me my life back!!!!!

Imagine that you got along terrifically with your sister(!!!) (stick with me, now, I know it sounds unbelievable) ...who became an ace dentist in most areas of dentistry, ...which greatly reduced the need to refer you to countless expensive specialists for prep work... and imagine that her staff was comprised of caring, efficient, smart and fun professionals. Now imagine, (after each and every prompt and painless procedure), ending up with not only a smile youre proud of, but a VERY reasonable bill, (made especially affordable if youre insured by MetLife Dental or other plan....) No, never mind imagining all that. Just call and book that experience. Youll see a Doctor, (not a day trader whos holding a pair of pliers in one hand and their country club renewal form in the other!) This was written by an actual patient who, by chance, was lucky enough to find Dr. Veronica Thompson, DDS.

By far the absolute worst dentist! DO NOT go through the pain or waste your money! Both my husband and I went in for routine cleaning and were told that we needed to replace old fillings, along other unnecessary work. My teeth had not been bothering me, but knowing that teeth problems dont go away and only get worse, we agreed to have work done. BIG MISTAKE... Never let this dentist touch your mouth! Now I have the worst sensitivity and pain even drinking room temp water! My husband went back and still has problems with the work he had done! I also went in for a second time hoping to have the dentist correct the problem, which only ended in a LONG argument with this awful dentist and me walking out of the office to NEVER RETURN!

I gave this office 2 stars because the dentist was very nice; that was the only upside. I purchased a Groupon for x-rays and a cleaning, hoping to find a new dentist as my previous office had several price increases. From the moment I got there it was one sales pitch after the other. My last dentist used to tease me about putting him out of business because my teeth were so clean but here I was told that I needed $558 of deep cleaning. I was neutral on the Hygienist until I got home and realized that my teeth were not even thoroughly cleaned! I am a die hard coffee drinker, but I have never left the dentist with stains still on my teeth. I guess I am still on the hunt for a reasonably priced dentist that offers good service.
