First let me start by saying I could not be more thankful the dentist and her staff at this office! My mother needed dentures fairly quickly because hers broke and we were getting ready to leave for a family reunion in a few weeks. Her original set never fit properly to begin with but she learned to deal with them and use over the counter products to make them work. We were very nervous about having to get her a new ones and slightly skeptical about going to a "large" dental group to get it done but we had been recommended by 2 of her friends so we thought we would give them a chance. After our first visit we knew we made the right decision by going there. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. After we told the doctor about all of the problems we had with the last set she told us she would make sure that this one fit perfectly and that my mom would be very happy with how they looked. Thanks to everyone at this office my mom had her dentures done in time to go out of town and she loved the way they looked and even more importantly the way they fit! Thank you Dr. El Sherbini and staff for giving my mom her smile back!

I went there, because of some of the Google reviews with five stars, which I believe now, that those were written by their staff and are as fraudulent as they are. Nobody who has dental work done there would remember all their names and self-imposed titles. I went into their office with pain and came back out with more pain. It was supposed to be a normal x-ray and evaluation and turned into excessive extra procedures, that were not necessary and not done with my consent. On top of it, when I pointed it out to the office, she turned into a raging, foul-mouthed creature and refused to adjust the fraudulent charges on my credit card. They do procedures first without telling you the prices upfront. You get to see them afterwards and they try to make you sign for them. I didnt sign anything, because I am self-insured and have to know upfront what I am up against. Beware that this office is ONLY in existence to grab your money in the worst way and not to help people with their dental problems. I am still in shock how bad this office is operating.

This is an amazing dental office! Everyone was very courteous and professional. I hadnt been to the dentist in some time and I was feeling anxious. Anxious about what they would find, how it would hurt, and what it would cost! It turned out to be a very good experience. They made me feel so comfortable. They started with a very thorough series of x-rays, and the tech was understanding and gentle. Then an exam with a detailed explanation, including the cost and what portion of the cost my insurance would pay. You know in "real time" what something is going to cost so you dont have that pending anxiety on that first visit. I opted for the cleaning and a cancer screening that first visit. The hygienist was wonderful! She was so detailed and gentle. My teeth felt great! I have been back twice since for a temporary crown and then the regular crown. Same great experience. Dr. Sara is warm and gentle, explaining everything she does and makes sure you cant feel ANY pain.

My first visit was few days ago. I filled out the necessary paperwork and waiting period was less than five minutes, before they called me in. The front office was polite, helpful and friendly. They answered my questions in a professional manner. Once I was taken to the back, I met Dr. El Sherbini, who was friendly, professional and gentle. She explained what she was going to do in details. Dental examination and the following work was painless with no discomfort what so ever. Her assistant was also gentle and polite. In my way out, I met office manager and other staff who who were friendly and helpful . I highly recommend this Dental office.

They deserve a five star review! I had a great experience with each employee in this office. The dentist, Dr El-Sherbini was friendly and very professional, the hygienist Julie was gentle, thorough and made very good suggestions on how to maintain healthy gums and teeth, Erika, the office manager was really nice, went over and above to help me to get Care Credit financing for my many dental issues. The thing that I really like is that they all communicate with each other regarding my treatment plan. It makes me feel relaxed and confident that I am getting very good care by people that are interested in my health.

I came to this Coast location today after having a horrible experience at the coast dental on Ulmerton by home Depot. Everyone at bel air coast was friendly and professional from the receptionist to the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth and did my x-rays and of course the dentist herself. The Manger that scheduled my next fillings was very friendly as well. She apologized that I had a horrible experience at the other coast and asked if my service here was okay. I explained that it was 1000 times better. I was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this office!!!! Thanks again Coast Dental!!!!

The fact that they were able to take me right away and had nobody waiting in the waiting room or on the calendar, should have been a warning sign. I dont know even were to begin to express my total lack of trust now in this dental office. There is a hostile environment present that makes the daunting experience of having to go to a dentist even more ghastly. I had some sensitivity issues with my teeth and wanted to check if they can help me. They only thing they help me with is by getting rid of a chunk of my money. They are a money-grabbing business that borderlines on criminal fraud.

All around awesome experience! The staff is very friendly and considerate. Erika, the office manager, always had a smile on her face and was very competent with all my insurance questions. Donna did an excellent job taking my X-rays quickly and efficiently! Julie, the Hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth she played music to help distract me from the noises of the cleaning. Julie was gentle and very easy to talk too. Dr. Shirbini was amazing! Greated me with the friendliest smile and was extremely knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them!

No one likes going to the dentist but after my last visit at coast dental Ill be happy to return! The office manager, Erika, helped me out a lot with getting my finances situated. Donna & Julie are the sweetest people & Dr. El-Sherbini is wonderful and knew exactly what she was doing. My prior dentist couldnt fix a problem tooth that I asked about for years upon years; Dr. El-Sherbini fixed it my first visit.Everything was great, I recommend this office to everyone. I will not be going anywhere else but here! Check them out!

1st appointment ran long but was able to get right back in the same week as my schedule permitted. Subsequent appointments were scheduled at my convenience and were right on time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some reviews have noted the "upsell" for how they produce the recommended treatment up front--I found this very helpful and decided against one thing with no problem. Would recommend to friends or family!
