This location is sub-par with respect to the following: - Scheduling and follow up: Both visits were delayed. They did not leave messages as promised when following up. - Rebate: After sending in my rebate I was notified by Acuvue that my “documentation did not meet the rebate requirements.” This is despite the fact I supplied all my receipts and paperwork. Sears contacted Acuvue and re-submitted all of my paper work. I’ve now been waiting over 7 months for my rebate. The service is friendly but they’re understaffed. Prices were reasonable if you don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes.

If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I would! Horrible customer service. The girl had an attitude the entire time and had the personality of a wet paper towel. When asking if I was a student, she made the comment oh you arent a student. I stated back that I could be and she got smart and said, Well are you a student? this was just one of the snide remarks she made. Total disrespect from a young girl. told my mother that she had been doing it a long time and I wonder how that is because she looked maybe 25. I walked out without purchasing glasses and will never be back!

I looked up the times on the website and it stated it was open until 7:00 PM. I arrived at 5:05, and there was a young girl sitting in a chair staring at her phone. I had to get her attention to look up. She then told me "Oh we are closed." When I mentioned that the website stated they were open until 7:00, she just shrugged her shoulders and repeated that they were closed. They have just lost a long standing customer.

I have been going to this center for years and they have been great to me. They are very intelligible about the products they have from frames, to contacts, to lens types. Very nice people to work with and highly recommended.
