Pathetic Service, biggest mistake of my life. Only go there if you can select from available few models else you should know everything about yourself to order a particular model.. whats your temple size, frame size. Boss if you are selling frames, then you should help customer with these things. The Lady interacted with us as if she is doing charity and insulted us in every possible way. I was praying at one point that she just cancel the order herself. Infront of my wife, the lady was telling her collegues, that we are aweful because we dont know our temple size. I didnt know how to react on a lady there but i maintain my composure throughout. Later i went to lenscrafter and realized what customer service is all about, they didnt asked me about different size, they have instrumentation to calulate everything. I am definately writing to my insurance that why we have in network partners like I care optical who are spoiling our overall experience. Finally, on the pickup day, i asked the same lady that can she take one more order for my prescription sunglass which she denied directly. So if you are not interested in selling then close your shop.. I dont know what the I care optical manager or owner at sheldon road branch is doing. Zero Customer service!!!

Hi! My name is Yesenia Roses. my husband and i supossed to had an apointment on your office on 1/23/2014 at 9:30 and 9:45, but unfortunately i have a wrong information of my plan whit me, my husband try to explain to a lady of almost 45 years,short and blonde hair and glasses then i give the wrong information about the plan but he can go to the car and bring her back the right one. She said is ok my husband walk true the car and i take a sit. But for my surprise the lady dont see me there and she start to make negative comments about me and my husband, when she see me became very nervous. I stood up and walk to the counter and ask for the supervisor she said i im,there is when i tell her i dont want to receive service on a place then dont have any respect for people privacy ,she talk lous whit the other girl about what happend whit me and my husband she express" I DONT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE LIKE THIS ONES THEN CAME TO RECEIVE SERVICE BUT DONT HAVE THE CARDS" why i left the office? well i think is unprofetional talk about other patience information in front of everyone o the office specialy on the backs.. for me i dont recomend this place to one she dont know work profecional and discret.... sincerely YESENIA ROSES

I started with Dr. Efre about 4 years ago for my eye care at that time I worked in Tampa and it was convenient. I live in Tarpon and decided to go to a local doctor and found that I was going back for adjustments many times before my vision was corrected. Last year I started working in St. Pete so I tried someplace in St. Pete and had to return many times and ended up settling for the last year for a not so perfect solution. So this week made the drive back to Tampa to I-Care Optical and I was once again satisfied on the first visit. Dr.Efre really listens to what I am experiencing and he found the solution. He is caring and competent!.

Amazing, my wife and I have been going to Dr. Efre for years. The staff is always polite, pleasant and ocomodateing. We feel like family when we are in for our exams or need a tune up on our glasses. They recently opened a second office closer to us as well, I believe it is located on Busch Blvd.

Dr. Efre is so nice and extremely patient. I have a difficult time with contacts and he stayed with me over 3 hours trying to figure out the problem until he finally did. No other doctor has ever done that for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful also.
