I got an exam, new glasses. Insurance was charged and I also paid for extra stuff. My new glasses are completely useless. Was told I would need another exam and would be charged $70 to correct the problem. My old glasses and prescription works fine other than being worn and scratched. This used to be a good place to get glasses. What happened?? I wanted to post with 0 stars but you have to rank at least a one star. UPDATE Talked to a rep on the phone today. Said I can go back and get what I need fixed. Ill see what happens.
