Aweful on line / pick up department. Will NEVER order on line to pick up, ever....order came in on three different delivery days.....went to pick up second delivery, after receiving email that it was in....it was not there. Customer service had no clue why I received notification or offered to find out what was going on with order, despite having order number. Then, needed to return an item that was delivered, and they could not use the bar code to do a return......dont order online....dont go to pick up. Worst customer service EVER

Unreliable!Ordered on Thursday and was told to pick up same day.Went,was told to go next day.Went-next day!Five days passed and did not get the medicine.I was not blaming anyone but told them they should have a better system of giving the correct information because it is medicine,not a pair of shoes I can wait for a long time.The answer I got was "ok". Clearly not caring at all.I got the same answer from two different people.May be "not caring" is the criteria of getting hired here.Never coming back but then again-who cares!

From MN and mother was diagnosed with cancer while on vacation. Location had the pain meds she was prescribed and needed, but because there is not a Walgreens where we live they wouldnt dispense them! Total joke.
