The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very polite and greeted me with a big smile. The assistant made me feel like I had been going there for years and eased my new patient jitters. Dr. Oglesby was very professional. Wait time was short. He explained everything as we were going through and was very patient in between asking which view was better. The lady that assisted me in choosing my frames and lenses was wonderful! Im not a fan of needing glasses and feel very self conscious with them at times. I explained and can not thank her enough for her very honest, but kind feedback! We found a great frame in the end that Im very happy with! Great experience overall.

Office had a very modern design, and was very spacious and clean, with tea and coffee provided in the waiting room. Exam was very thorough and the staff provided excellent customer service. The only stumbling block we had was a delay trying to figure out which contacts were covered by my insurance plan, and I ended up just staying on the same brand I was using before rather than the ones the doctor advised that I try without checking the formulary. However, the check-out staff made sure to pull up my insurance formulary listings at the front desk and resolved the issue very quickly.
