Over the last year I have had countless times of mishaps and miscommunication. My eye doctor seems legit and it seems like he knows his stuff but everything else was disappointing. I purchased new glasses and they failed to inform me that they had to be sent back for repair. Then when they finally came in nobody notified me that they were ready. Good thing I had my old pair because it took more than 3 weeks to get my new pair. Also just went in today for a 1:45 appointment and nobody greeted me or said hi as I was signing in. 15 min later nobody called me so I had to reschedule for next week after they had left me a message saying if I couldnt make this app that it would be 3 months till they could get me in.. Well they scheduled me for next week not 3 months.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

They were able to get my in for an exam within a week which was good and the staff was nice. Once I had may exam and ordered my glasses that is where it went down hill. I was told my glasses would be ready in about a week to a week and half. Two weeks later and still no glasses. I call trying to get info and no one has an answer. No estimate on when they will be available, no return calls, no communication what so ever. Very quick to take your money but that is all. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you are able to, if customer service is important to you. P.S. Still waiting on my glasses

CPR - Craft Pray Repeat

My family and I went to the Live Oak office and were given very poor service. They didnt make any adjustments on any of our glasses and didnt even try to make sure that everything was okay before I felt like they were pushing us out the door. Turns out that my daughters glasses were not correct and we had to go back to have things fixed which could have been avoided had they done their job in the first place.

They take their time with you to insure all your concerns are addressed and they dont stop until your eye care needs have been properly taken care of! I highly recommend North Florida Eye Care! 5+ stars!

Everyone here is great!!!! I called and needed a new patient appointment the same day and they got me in that afternoon I seen Dr. Kershner who was absolutely amazing!! He was so caring and even gave me his personal cell phone # just in case I had a problem over the weekend. He did everything possible to make me comfortable . I highly recommend North FL Eye Care!!

I quit using the eye care services part, and IF I could find another place that takes Medicare/Medicaid for purchasing my glasses...Id quit going there for my glasses as well. Service for that getting glasses is TERRIBLE!

Good service, optometrists actually took his time to get the prescription right, decent frame selection. Have not purchased any glasses from the place so cant comment on that. Overall very satisfied.
