My husband had his eye exam this week before last. While waiting in the tiny waiting area, the office workers would not stop talking about their recent wedding destination/ vacation. They were so loud that we could hear them in our actual examination room. The physician was very nice and very thorough, however, the female office workers were awful. On top of ranting about their vacation and their first world problems about children who we waiting by the bus area after getting off their plane who were dirty and looked emaciated and were begging for money and then laughing about it, a different female employee also neglected to actually order my husbands contact lenses. We were told to wait 5-7 days and they would be in. We waited 9 days with no response, so I called and a nice guy who worked in the office told me he was sorry and would fix it. We also encountered two other nice male employees, who were very willing to help us with our visit when we were in the office. We have used this office for ten years. We will probably be finding a new office after this terrible visit. I can not believe how unprofessional the girls at the front desk were. I would be ashamed to have them work for me personally.
