I have had Sonya Merritt as my caregiver at ROMC for many years and she has helped me resolve many medical issues and has always been one of the most caring and compassionate medical people I have dealt with. My only problem with ROMC is the clerical staff. I dont know if they need a better office manager but the check in process is inefficient and the check out process is deplorable. You do take longer to check out most days than the entire time you spend in back waiting for your exam and the exam time. They need to revamp their entire system to expedite these processes to both allow people to get in and out as quickly as possible and to help avoid contamination when everyone is so worried about the flu.

Ive been a patient here for 14 years. Wait times for walk ins can be lengthy but the doctors and nurse practitioners that Ive seen are always thorough and caring, taking time to listen and get to the truth of whats happening. Making an appointment is better. Appointment desk was patient and worked with me getting details for my medical coverage.

Long wait times. 2+ hours even with an appointment. If you leave a message they wont call you back. Changing prescriptions is a month long process. Even paying at the end of an appointment is like a 15-20 minute wait. Its easily the worst office Ive ever been to.

I needed FMLA paper work filled out but they refused to do it. Now, I will have 2 in excused absences which could cause me my job. Very unprofessional, and uncaring. I will not be going back fir my medical needs.

Even with appointment long waits. The they take you back and you have to wait another 30-45 minutes to see anyone. You can easily spend 3 hours even with appointment.
