To begin with I dont do surveys but because my experience has been incredible with Dr. Parks, Jeanne, and the staff I decided that other patients deserve to know that they have options. I moved over to the Winter Haven area 8 years ago from Clearwater. Leaving Dr. Huffer in Clearwater was hard because I had been seen by him since I was a kid. I never had to worry about my dental health and who I trusted. Once me and my husband got settled in Winter Haven I checked out a couple of offices but couldnt find any that made me feel like family, and that were happy to see me. So I avoided going to the dentist for 7 years yes 7 years not good! Then one day I happened to be at my MD for a checkup and noticed that there was a dental practice across the parking lot. So I stopped in to see if they accepted Delta Dental insurance. The office is emaculate and staffed with warm & fuzzy team members wanting to help you stay happy & healthy. I was so excited that they did accept Delta Dental insurance! I made an appointment and yes I was nervous and scared at first to see & hear the oh you should have done this or why arent you doing this! why why why! Instead Jeanne was warm and very gentle when cleaning my teeth and to my surprise I was complimented on the strength of my teeth which made me extremely happy and feeling better about myself. After all I hadnt been to a dentist in 7 years. Since then I have had three cleanings and a filing put in for a cracked tooth since my first visit and I am soooooohh happy that I just took a chance one day by walking across the parking lot to see if they would take my insurance. I would have to say that if one day they didnt take my insurance I would still stay with this practice because they have made me feel very happy, comfortable and valued as a patient. I have recently moved to the Winter Haven, FL area. I have been looking for a dentist for the past 2 years. I have run into scheduling issues, rudeness, literally been on the schedule that day, been given a confirmation the day before and a VM left confirming the appointment. I showed up and they didnt even know my name:( I was driving by Dr. Parks office... I drove past looking for another dentist office I found on Goggle. Something said go in and talk to them. I did and to my surprise I found smiles behind the door. That is the most I have gotten in the last 2 years! I asked if they were taking new patients? The nice lady said, yes what is the problem? How nice! I said I didnt have pain I was looking for a cleaning, x-rays and exam. She took and called my insurance. We worked out the details and she handed me some paperwork saying they have an opening now!!!! What!?!????? Ok.. I couldnt stop smiling! The office is so clean, warm and inviting. The Hygentist was so detailed and educated. She and Dr. Park put together a list and the front office will turn into my insurance co. to find out what will be paid. Dr. Park and the Hygentist found issues that my previous dentist missed... I was referred to another clinic and it was literally across the street and the important thing is, it was "all" affordable and both offices get a 5 Star Rating!!!!!

Jeanne was my first point of contact at Dr. Parks office and greeted me - for a change from other doctors offices - with a pleasant voice and concern for my particular needs. I had looked on Google for a dentist near me, read the reviews and the dentists qualifications and decided to give him a try. I chipped my front tooth and asked for an appointment as soon as possible since I was going to a wedding out of town soon. Jeanne gave me the earliest appointment that was available and then said if anyone would cancel, she would let me know. I received a call from her later in the day that someone had cancelled and I could have the appointment that following week. I went on the appointment and Heather, the dental assistant was outstanding. She was very thorough; explaining everything that would be done. For me, Dr. Park saved my smile. I do love to smile at others and found myself doing it less often the last few months. I am so pleased with the results and will be telling others in my community all about him and his gentle way of caring for my teeth. Thank you so much!

Hands down one of the best dental practices in Winter Haven! I was nervous about going to a new dentist since moving to the area as the last one I attended ruined my teeth (IMO). I was instantly put at ease even upon stepping into the office. Extremely professional and the waiting room was so comfy! Not that sterile doctors office feel, I think there was even a massage chair! I was thoroughly impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was and my hygienist, Paula, was so wonderful! She really made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions by explaining her processes and reviewing my xrays. Once Dr. Park came in to do a final exam she also voiced all of my concerns so he could assure their resolution. Speaking of Dr. Park he was extremely professional and patient. I really appreciated how he took great care while inspecting my teeth and after the consultation I have the utmost confidence in his work. Long story short there is a reason Dr. Park has a solid five stars! Do not hesitate to go. I am so happy and thankful to have found his practice!

Hi, I was in the office for a routine check on my Implants, and as usual everyone was SO CHEERFUL,HELPFUL,and Completely ready to take WONDERFUL CARE OF YOU!! I have always been treated basically just like family! Never had to wait,and am always call the day before to remind you of your upcoming appointment( I my case is Extremely important, I am very forgetful) I am so HAPPY with Dr.Park as a Dentist! He is so careful,and always explains what he is going to do,before doing anything!!! Overall I feel very BLESSED to have choosen Dr Park and the ENTIRE Staff as my new Dentist, and I wouldnt change 1 single thing about This office or its staff, even if I could, I wouldnt!! As far as I am concerned the ENTIRE OFFICE is just PERFECT!!!! So I just them 5☆s, or an A+ however you choose score them I put them @ the Absolute top!!! I also will & have recommend this Office to anyone who needed a new Dentist!!!

My experience at Dr.park has been an eye opener i had no idea how bad my mouth was until i was referred to the office the first time i walked into the office. I felt welcomed by the staff when i was called into to back is when i meet Dr.parks he sat down and took the time to explained every thing to me about what was going on with my teeth and what was the best treatment. I really like that he talks to you 10 stars Dr park then came alone the assistant kim she is AWESOME although she almost removed my wig and wiped off most of my make-up from performing mouth care to me ..(Smile kim) i wouldnt trade her for any other she as well explained everything as well! Overall the staff is great from the front desk receptionist to the techs in the back...Glad i was referred to the office and would definitely recommend the office! Great place.
