Update 2-2-2015: They said the office was closed, and the answering service hung up on me, and should have told me they were closed. I should have gone to the alternate dentist that no one mentioned I left my original review to stand up, but now I am totally frustrated. I was hung up on when I called because my onlay popped off again. So, I sent in an email to request a consult to find a solution. No one got back to me. I left a message for the office Manager to call, nada. The blatant disrespect not a returning client is horrific! Not even a call back, really? I guess this place doesnt care if you come back, and maybe this was some spotty work now that it failed a second time and they know it? They are on the ball here! You will get a post card, and a follow up text message to remind you about your appointment. The staff all wear head sets to keep in constant communication with the Dr. and to keep things running smoothly. You can view the digital images on the screen if you wish, and I feel they are less "salesy" and more straight forward with your care. I had an onlay pop after only 10 months, and they replaced it for free of charge. Awesome!

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The only reason why it is getting that is because the dentist is good looking. I had a filling put in. They originally told me that everything was covered under my insurance because I had them run it prior to them performing the procedure. A month later I get a phone call from them asking for $300. We talked about it and I was told they would run it through the insurance again. 3 months later I get another call asking for the same amount. The conversation which was had was that they would take care of the account due to their negligence in informing me wrong information. 1 year later I get a call requesting $300. There was no notes in my account stating the bill would be covered. The dentist needs to find a better staff, and if this is the way his team operates then I will never return to another Advanced Technology Dentistry. I will ensure friends and family will also not return to an Advanced Technology Dentistry.

If youre shopping around for a dentist then quit shopping you found the right one Dr. Jordan was hands-down the absolutely the best dentist Ive ever dealt with in my life I had a very painful broken tooth that needed to be extracted and if anybody knows what kind of pain that is you will understand very tender very sensitive I didnt even feel him put the needle in my gum to numb the area thats how much care he took and how gentle he was during the procedure ive had four teeth removed and even though this was the biggest tooth Ive ever had moved it was the easiest pain wise you can tell he had genuine concern and care for how I felt I will never go anywhere to get work done except for this establishment very highly recommended very professional very courteous and kind I cant do anything but sing praises to Dr. Jordin and his team thank you guys for a exceptional job im going to let everybody know

I was seeing D.R. Grieder for several years for scheduled routine cleaning maintenance, my gums continued to bleed. I decided to get a second opinion. The new D.R. took one look at my gums, said I had severe periodontal disease and referred me to a periodontist and didnt charge me. I went to the periodontist and was re scheduled out for 4 seperate surgeries on my gums. Did D.R Grieder and the hygienist not notice my condition or did they just want my routine cleaning money?

Dr. Martin and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend them. I never liked going to the dentist and was only somewhat satisfied with the previous dentist. But Dr. Martin is great! He is very personable and I have all the confidence in him considering the great work he has already performed. And the staff there has always been great. I am also very happy with my new Hygienist (Terry), she does an outstanding job. I couldn’t be happier, unless all the services were free.

Be prepared to break out your wallet, even for a service that is supposed to be free like a bi-annual cleaning. I have insurance, and have never paid for a cleaning or x rays with my previous dentist. This place will bleed you dry with up-charges and up-sells. Not all dentist do this. I understand this is a business, but charging clients for services without their knowledge is unacceptable. Keep looking if you are in search of upstanding dental office. I know I will be.

Ive been a patient there for over three years now and Im quite happy with the level of care I receive each time. Dr. Martin is fantastic and my hygienist, Terri, is absolutely wonderful - and gentle. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They use the latest in technology, this is truly pain free dentistry! I used to dread dental visits but they consistently make it a very pleasant experience. I now actually look forward to my cleanings and exams. Highly recommend!

My daughter was away at school when the bonding fell off her tooth. We found Advanced Technology & Laser. They saw her right away. Did a temporary fix on the spot. Then, she went back for the crown. This was her FRONT tooth. They did a phenomenal job. We couldnt be happier. As for the cost, they worked with our insurance, and the balance was minimal for the wonderful job they did. The office staff and Dr. were both professional and cordial.
