Been going there for at least 3 years and the Dentist and staff have been great. I liked them very much and will miss them. Recently a new insurance lady came to work and all of a sudden my bill started to fluctuate. They tell me one thing prior to the service and when I get there the bill is plus 50.00 dollars. One person not in billing tells me one thing, another tells me something different. You have to watch them since some of them will try to slip in cost that insurance will not cover. They will not tell that insurance will not cover it. Like trying to sell you undercoating on your car. The lady now in charge of the billing cannot seem to grasp the most simplistic questions. Ask her what time it is and she spends the next 30 minutes telling you how to build a clock. So her work ethic is what brought things to a head and I chose to find another Dentist. One appointment I was told my bill would be $80.00 and I get there and it is $147.00. Once I was told my bill would be 189.00 and I get done and it is ZERO. It really makes you wonder where your money is going and if the charge is correct. Like I said....ask her about it 2+2 turns into x by quadratic formula or completing the square. (4/3) - (x/x+2) = 5/3x? And you still walk away befuddled. I asked for my financial records faxed to me. She agreed and weeks later when they did not show up I called and was informed by her,,,, I mailed you a certified letter with a packet. She should not tell me what the packet was or why I cannot get my records faxed to me. And they had a address that was 4 years old. That is how long I have been seeing these people. But I cannot deal with this woman and her left field way of handling the affairs of this office. I lasted about 7 months with her and I do hope you experience is better than mine.

I never write reviews but I feel like I should for this place. I went in for a new patient check-in and things were going smoothly. Then they "tested" my teeth or gums or whatever where they read out numbers really fast to see how healthy gums were. 1-2 being good, 3 neutral and 4 and up bad. Well they kept saying 4,4,4,5,4,5,4,4,4. At the end of this check they said you have some type of gum disease or whatever they claimed and I said no that doesnt sound right Ive never had any problems. They then quoted me on some $200+ treatment that my insurance wont cover. I asked them specifically if I can just have a normal cleaning because I had already gone some number of months off my "schedule" of every 6 months. They said no once I have been diagnosed with this "gum issue" I need this special treatment...... and I was not able to get my teeth cleaned. So I decided to get a second opinion based on principle, I went to my parents town where I have gone to the dentist there my whole life. Told them what happened and they said that doesnt sound right. After some time there I got my teeth cleaned and my insurance covered it and all was well, they complimented me even on my teeth health. So Id suggest if they try to give you an expensive "mandatory treatment" that you look elsewhere, they are just trying to make more money off you, which is total BS.

Best Dentist ever!! Im so glad that I found Coast Dental/Grand Bay Plaza. They are the best! For many years going to get my teeth cleaned was something I dreaded and loathed but thats no longer the case at all. My first experience with Coast Dental was with the hygienist, she was so calming and gentle. She is seriously so incredible that I almost fell asleep during my visit. I also just had my first cavity earlier this year and had it filled by Dr. Aspinwall. This is what going to the dentist should be about getting the job done and moving on with your life. It went so much better than I ever could have expected! Quick, painless and really professional with almost no wait time. As soon as I arrive at the office I am greeted by the friendliest staff. Tiffany is so chipper and comforting, I love her. Highest recommendation for the Coast Dental at Grand Bay Plaza. I would give them a sixth star if Yelp allowed it Hands down, best dentist in Ft Myers.

Loving my smile! The Ortho Team and the Dental Team are awesome!! My kids get their braces, cleanings and sealants done here!! Ive had several teeth fixed by Dr. Adham and everything is painless and very relaxing. This is a family oriented environment. The hygenist actually does pocket measurements and not just a cleaning. She also provides oral hygiene instructions and techniques. Dr. M, the orthodontist is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything to me and my kids. He is present at every adjustment and really cares about their well being. Judibelle his ortho supervisor is incredibly knowledgable, she is our go to on anything related to insurance, billing and coordinating our care. Ive read many complaints about not answering calls but Zuleyka and Alexis are always on top of it. We love our coast dental family: Tiffany, Judi, Bettina, Alysia, Alexis, Jeanise, Zuleyka, Dr. Adham and Dr. M! They make getting dental work fun!

Coast Dental has been a wonderful dental office for me and my family. Tiffany is the Dental Assistant I worked with and has the biggest smile on her face every time I see her. She makes you feel cared for and appreciated. You can tell that she loves what she does. Tara is the other Dental Assistant at this office and is a riot. She always makes me and the family laugh whenever we come in to get something done. Definitely an entertainer. Dr. Aspinwall is possibly the most cool and collective doctor Ive ever met. Jeanise gives excellent cleanings. Comparitive to the other cleanings Ive gotten which I would most accurately rather call butcherings, her cleanings are a breath of fresh air literally. I think i passed out at one time during my cleaning, but granted I was sleep deprived lol. At the end of the day Im no Dental Office connoisseur, but this place is pretty great and professional

Dr. Adham is absolutely amazing!!! She is thoughtful, sweet and was considerate of my time. Before my procedure yesterday, she explained to me everything she planned on doing and assured me she would work hard to get me out as soon as possible. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was okay and even allowed me to rest my mouth as long as I needed to. I have had many dentists, but honestly, Dr. Adham is the best!! Yesterday my services were performed at the Grand Bay location and the entire staff was so friendly. Actually, I had the same reception at the Summerlin location as well. I dread going to the dentist so I seriously prayed for a great dentist and God sent me straight to Dr. Adham at Coast Dental. Thank you Dr. Adham and Mara:-)

It was very refreshing finding a dental office that is as great as this one. I unfortunately changed dental insurances and moved and was not having the best of luck with other dental offices in the area. Im more than happy that I came to this office. The staff (Tiffany and Alexis) were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like you were a close friend while you were there. They were beyond courteous! Dr. Aspinwall is amazing and courteous as well. This office gives you honest pricing and does not try to oversell you. Id recommend you visit their office if youre looking for dental work.
