I was seen in June of 2016 for work to be done before braces. I was charged an excessive amount of $1000 for 4 fillings and one fixing of a chipped tooth. I should have looked around for better prices, which was my fault. My chipped tooth was fixed, but when I got home I noticed that the glue they used was far more yellow than my actual teeth and the tooth was slanted and a lot shorter than it should have been. I went back with my mother this time, so theyd fix my tooth properly. At the office, my mother noticed that the tooth was still too short and called the Doctor out on it. He stated that he could not make it any longer because "it would chip off when Im grinding my teeth at night BUT when I got my braces removed and the tooth was still not properly aligned, Id be able to get it extended with no charge." I was sure to ask if it was going to be free and his response was "yes of course, just come see me." Yeah right, that was a joke. Its almost been a year since Ive had my braces and soon theyll be taken off. I called Friendly Dental to set up an appointment for the tooth extension. Lucas (the receptionist) said that Id have to pay $49 fee for the dentist to look at my teeth after weve already discussed that there would be no charge. Keep in mind, he wasnt even working there when the work was done. All this place wants is money and doesnt care about their clients. Now, Im walking around with one tooth shorter than the other, but guess what? YOURE NOT THE ONLY DENTIST IN TOWN. Id rather pay to get it fixed all over again by someone that actually knows what theyre doing this time. Thanks for nothing!

Today I was seen for an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth and ultimately to have an extraction...I dont like to go to the dentist, in fact It has been 6 years since I have been to one..I waited and waited until I ultimately couldnt wait anymore. When I made the call,Robin answered and was so genuinely kind and understanding! I was very nervous because I knew I would need to get an extraction, but, from the moment I walked in they were all so friendly and inviting! Dr Mamo is such an amazing ,gentle, kind dentist! Right away I felt comfortable and trusted him! His assistant Gigi is just amazing as well! Now I can go to the dentist and not feel anxious..I have NEVER had that before! I will definetly be passing the word along!! I want them to know how thankful I am and I want everyone to know how amazing this dentist is!!

I cant say enough positive things about my visit to Friendly Dental. The name really says it all. The staff is very friendly and professional which is not easy to find in the Fort Myers area. Ive had very bad experiences in the past with dentists but Dr Mamo was very gentle, patient and answered all my questions before having my wisdom teeth removed. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and couldnt feel a thing. Friends had mentioned when they had their wisdom teeth removed it hurts so bad but I was happily surprised I couldnt feel a thing and had minimal swelling. Aside from the friendly staff this practice also uses the latest technology. They used tools I never even knew exist. A++ Ive already made an appointment for my mom. I would recommend Dr. Mamo to anyone who is afraid of the dentist.

I was struggling with an infected wisdom tooth and had consulted my regular dentist who could not schedule the extraction for almost three weeks away! As I was in pain and was impressed with Dr. Mamos website, I decided to give him a call. He made time for me that afternoon, and within a short time, my tooth problem (and pain!) was resolved. Dr. Mamos office is efficiently run and is very attractive and comfortable. His staff, including Robin and Gigi, were outstanding and so caring! Dr. Mamo was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout his examination and extraction. I didnt feel even a pinch from the novacaine or from the extraction. I would highly recommend this practice, and Im happy to say I have a new dentist who I will not be avoiding in the future!

I have lived in Florida for 17 years and have never been able find a dentist who I could put my total trust in until now. Dr Mamo practices in a very gentle kind manner and I have had great success with my treatment. His practice is a family ran business and family dentistry is his primary concern. I would recommend Dr Mamo to everyone I know who is looking for a caring individual who is always about what the customer needs are and not what dentistry can sell. In closing the entire office staff are all very caring, professional and certainly friendly as well welcoming to all who grace their door.

Friendly Dental is the absolute best! I have had numerous negative experiences with other dentists which is why I avoid going. But I decided to go to Friendly Dental. I needed a root canal and a crown.Dr.Mamo and his staff helped make me feel comfortable. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understand. Friendly Dental does an excellent job of making you feel right at home and very comfortable. This is the first time in many years that I can honestly say that I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Friendly Dental! They are caring, kind and make you feel comfortable!

I DO NOT like going to the dentist and never have so when I went in to just have my teeth cleaned today I was a little nervous. Well as soon as I walked in the front door I felt welcomed then when Dr. Mamo came in and introduced himself, it was my first time there, I felt very at ease and continued to feel that way during my visit. ALL the staff are wonderful, I was treated GREAT. I do highly recommend Friendly Dental, this is a very family oriented dental office and that is comfortable. So happy I found a dentist that I can trust.

I am usually uncomfortable at dental offices. But as soon as I walked in i immediately felt how Friendly Dental lived up to its name. The atmosphere and staff are great. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing and has an area for kids to entertain themselves. The staff greets you with a sincere warm smile. I like to start a new dental office with a simple check up just to test the waters and the staff was very friendly and informative. Definitely making this my family dentist.

Definitely an experience that wont be forgotten! I recently came here due to a recommendation from a friend and couldnt thank her enough , everyone was so kind and helpful . I had some fillings done with Dr. Mamo and was definitely satisfied with the results . Aside from the incredible staff the office was clean , organized, and I was assisted very quickly . I recommend this to anyone looking for a family friendly demographic , I know Ill be coming back here for sure ! :)

I do not reside in Florida. However, I visited Friendly Dental to have my teeth cleaned and examined. My experience with them today was so wonderful that I fully intend to have all my dental care needs performed by Dr. Mamo and his prudent staff before leaving town. You will be in good-hands and great hospitality as soon as you walk thru the door; thank you for the lovely visit, Friendly Dental, you all sure live up to the name!
