I was the lucky recipient of a donation from a silent auction to receive dental or orthodontic services by Dr. Iacobelli. A little bit of a back story.. I had extensive orthodontic work in my early teen years that was (in my opinion) prematurely removed by my home town orthodontist. I had also chipped my top central and lateral incisor and bottom lateral incisor from several endeavors (playing sports mostly) that I learned to live with but disliked. I came to Dr. Iacobelli with a few concerns. First, I wanted to fix the crooked top lateral incisor that had bothered me for years. Second, I wanted to fix the chipped teeth. Third, I was getting married in a few months, so we were on a time crunch. Dr. Iacobelli and his staff took care of everything. They made a time plan for me to ensure not a day was wasted. They set up an invisalign-like product which straightened my teeth within 4 months. We had appointments every 2-3 weeks. I had a very hectic schedule with work and wedding planning and the staff fit me in where they could. Dr. Iacobelli even gave me his personal cell phone, and at a time where I felt like I wasnt getting the correct information, he called me when he was on vacation to explain what was going on. Dr. Iacobellis office takes every client personally. They send out Christmas cards, ask about family members, and truly do care. (They ask for my wedding photos every time I come in!) When asked if I would be coming if for my routine dental cleanings, I explained I have been going to my hometown Dentist for over 25 years. Dr. Iacobellis office completely understood and even encouraged the loyalty to my hometown Dentist. They didnt pressure the issue at all. I really appreciated that. I would recommend any friends and family to Dr. Iacobelli (and have!). I am so impressed with their care and compassion. Dr. Iacobelli continues to care for the community as well and donates his time regularly (which is how I ended up in their care!) Thanks Dr. Iacobelli and staff! :)

I saw Dr. Iacobelli one time when I was on travel status as I no longer live in Ohio. The visit was on an emergency basis where I had been having significant problems with some dental work that had been done in my home state. Dr. Iacobelli worked me into his schedule and very patiently explained the different things that could be causing my problem, and treated me with the one option that did not require major dental work. He also recommended that I return to the dentist who had done the original work for further treatment. That was excellent advice and between that and the information I received from his examination was invaluable as I worked to get the problem corrected. He and his staff were superb to a stranger not being treated by his practice. I would return to him in a second and would never hesitate to recommend him to family or friends

To say my husband & I are pleased with Dr. Mark & his staff is an understatement. They not only did an amazing job with his corrective & cosmetic dentistry procedures, but the follow up care and continual care has been spectacular. They are warm, friendly, and make you feel like youre the only patient they have. Im also thankful that they were able to help me out with a small cosmetic procedure I have wanted done for some time. After my husbands stellar experience, Im happy to say mine was just that! I am so thrilled with my "fixed" smile that looks completely natural! Its safe to say that we highly recommend Dr. Mark and his entire staff for any of their services. We are both very happy patients, and look forward of years to come with the practice. Its worth the trip wherever youre from, and we believe youll be as happy as up!

If you want a Great dental experience, this is the office to be at. Ive been a patient of Dr. Iacobelli for 20 years. Ive had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sala at my last two visits. This guy is the nicest person, he really took the time to get to know me and made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist is so sweet and I always get the most thorough and gentle cleaning from her. The Dr.s assistants are so caring and very good at making any procedure more comfortable. These people really care about you as a whole person and not just a mouth! The girls you will have first contact with from that first phone call to the first time you walk through the door are so friendly and helpful. I just want you to know that the Doctors and entire staff are awesome! The experience that I have had at this office has been Amazing!

Cannot say enough about Dr. Iacobelli and his entire staff! The office is warm and welcoming, and always produces great results. In the last 15+ years I have been going here, they have always been on the cutting edge of technology and keeping up with the latest dental practices. Ive had Rene B. as my dental hygienist for many years and now I am so excited to bring my 3 year old to her, as well! Rene does awesome work and I truly enjoy catching up with her at each visit. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone I talk to - you cannot beat the cleanliness, timeliness and the amazing service!

Dr. Iacobelli and his staff pay attention to every detail, ensure everything is explained clearly and done perfectly. Dr. Iacobellis office has always been a comfortable setting to be in, more like family than a doctors office. Dr. Iacobelli has been my dentist since childhood and always provided me with a great experience. I am now a dental hygienist myself and can whole heartedly say that Dr. Iacobelli and his staff were supportive and encouraging of me pursuing a career in the dental field. Many of my required observation hours were completed at this office which allowed me to see great care and customer service to help build the foundation of how I provide care to my own patients.

Dr. Mark has been taking care of me since I was a kid with a retainer. He knows me and my fears. He and his staff go out of their way to keep me calm. They are always willing to make adjustments to ensure that I dont feel pain. He goes beyond just being my dentist. He is a teacher and an innovator. He continues to learn new techniques and procedures. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Mark. I have to include my hygienist Debbie in this review. She has taken great care of me for years as well. He has the most gentle touch. She is one of the kindest people I know.

I had a very pleasant experience during my visit. The office staff greeted me when I came in, asked how I have been. They remembered from my last visit that I was serving in the Army and the assistant Cheryl asked me how that was going. I was in to have my retainer fixed, I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Very pleased with my visit and Dr. Mark even stopped by to say hi and if everything was going well and offered to take a second look at the retainer. Couldnt be happier with this past experience, I hope they keep up the great work!!!
