II had very negative experience with this office. Due to the change in my insurance I had to find a different dentist. After some research I scheduled an appointment with a hygienist in this practice. Upon arrival I was told that I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned instead I would have to schedule another appointment. When I asked why, the answer was "that is how we do things here". Once I was able to see the dentist I explained again that the purpose of my visit was not to get established with the practice but rather have my teeth cleaned. After x-ray and oral exam I was promptly told that I am going to need deep cleaning which, by the way, is not completely covered by my insurance and additional fee will be assessed. I was quite surprised since I saw hygienist around seven months ago so was pretty current on my cleaning. When I asked if I could have regular cleaning instead the answer was no, they dont discuss the treatment options and until I come up with necessary amount to cover the expanses they would not service me. I realize that the rates for insurance reimbursement are quite low and some practices will try to add extra services to compensate for the low reimbursement rates. However, it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable with the practice where I have no choice to select my treatment. I would not recommend this practice until the policies and customer services are improved. So sad that once a decent practice turned into money extortion institution.

Even at 73 you can get squeamish about dental work. I did not have rashes or such but I had several occasions that I felt that the medical and dental services I had received prior to going to Dr. Wangs Dental Associates of Winter Haven location, were anything but professional. I had felt that unnecessary services were charged for and I did not get my moneys worth. WELL, I was very blessed to find Dr. Wang. It started when I called the staff back and they said that I was scheduled for two fillings and a special deep cleaning. I kept the appointment and told Dr. Wang that I thought " things were not correct." After all, how can a person of 73 have anymore room for a cavity in his teeth like me who has a real mine field, in his mouth already, and deep cleaning when the insurance will not cover it?? Dr. Wang took sincere pain and time to show me the issues, of which I saw as well as he showed them to me, and then he described why they must deep clean around the gums, but he would recheck to see if I needed that special cleaning. To my amazement his services were great to me, and now I feel that I can speak directly to his expertise and trustworthiness. Above all, Dr. Wang, took the time; direct answers; no beating around the bush, no hocus-pokus, just a real professional.

Im going to start of by saying that Ive never been one to go to the dentist and feel "okay" with going. That was until I went to my first visit with Dr. Wang. Starting from beginning to end. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wang, to my surprise I showed up to the office and was told dr. Wang was no longer practicing. I then had Dr. Fawcett and I cant even begin to compare him to dr. Wang. He didnt seem confident and you can tell he didnt really know what he was talking about. He didnt bother to have a conversation to build a bond like Dr. Wang did. Dr. Wang was one of a kind and along with all my family we are sad that he is gone. I hope that I find where he is practicing. Dr. Wang and his whole staff were one of a kind, this office is no longer the same.

I had my first appointment today (7/25/17) and EVERYONE (Dr. Jason Ledger, his assistant Yamaris, the hygienist Sue, another assistant (name unknown but she showed me how to watch the TV until the doctor arrived) were all amazing) I came into contact with were friendly, happy and helpful. After my x-rays and exam were completed they informed me of the cost of needed work but, even with insurance, it was beyond my means. They went to work immediately to put together a treatment program that I COULD afford. I will update this review after the work begins to inform you as to how the actual work goes but the initial visit was VERY impressive.

They are conveniently located in the Publix plaza off of Cypress Gardens Blvd. The waiting room is very spacious and clean. We took our daughters there for the first time and we were very pleased. They saw Dr. Jason Ledger who made them feel very comfortable. He was very friendly, funny, polite and had excellent bedside manners. The office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. It is very hard to find a good dentist in my area so we drove 45 minutes to this office. I have no problem making the drive because I feel that my kids will receive quality dental care.

DONT GO HERE!!Dr. Nguyen & Dr. Wong are no longer here. This practice was purchased by a RIPOFF artist!! I went for an annual cleaning and they charged me $28 for oral instructions, which is not covered by your INS. I never received any Oral Instructions not that I need to be told how to brush my teeth!! Dr Nguyen never charged me on the 3 cleanings they performed for Ora instructions!! Stay away!! I can only imagine what BS fees they would tack on to a real procedure!! I found Dr. Nguyen & Dr. Wong at a practice in Lakeland and will be going to them!!

Hats off to Dr. An Nyguen and the staff at Smiles Included (Dental Associates of Winter Haven)! They really know how to care for their patients needs and concerns. They are genuinely caring and compassionate people who helped me move past my fear of the dentist. I was severly traumatized as a child by a dentist and ever since then I have been fearful of going to the dentist. But after being treated so well and having my procedures explained to me in detail every step along the way...I can truly say my fear is gone. Thanks again for a job well done!

Dr. Wang is exceptional at what he does. His chair side manner is one all medical professionals should aspire to. He holds his staff members to high standards and you feel it the minute you enter the door. This dental practice offers a soothing atmosphere, where EVERY staff member treats you courteously and with a smile. I am extremely satisfied at every visit. If you are looking for a dental practice that truly puts patients at the heart of its operation, then Dental Associates of Winter Haven is that place. Kudos to everyone at this office!

I really appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of Dr. Wang and his staff. Dr. Wang presents a thorough treatment plan, with options, which help make informed decisions. Another plus is the aggressive reminder system to make sure one attends their appointment. Its a loss for all concerned when one doesnt show for their appointment, but the ongoing confirmations provided by emails, texts, and phone calls help ensure that each appointment is kept. Thank you Dr. Wang and Staff.

I went in to have my teeth cleaned today and once again was given the very best service. The entire staff from the front to the back was very courteous, friendly and professional. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcome during my whole visit! Dr. Claassen is very knowledgeable and someone you can trust and each time I have my teeth cleaned, Susan does a thorough and amazing job!!! Very clean office and nicely organized. I highly recommend this office to my family and friends.
