My husband went to have a deep scaling done,only a quarter of his mouth ,thankfully . Dr.Bartel was sitting in the chair with needle in hand when my husband entered the room. When giving the injections,he hurt my husband . When my husband reacted to the pain ,Dr.Bartel responded by laughing at him and said "Oh did that hurt..." I have now changed my husband to a new dentist and also found out that the so called cleaning we paid for wasnt even done properly. .. The only reason Bartel got a 1 star was because you have to mark something to leave the review. Dr. Bartel you used to be a caring dentist when I myself was a patient years ago,WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU! !!

I am not s native speaker. But, I think my English is understandable. I called two times for appointment. The receptionist is rude and impatient. She did not want to try. I filled out the form for appointment online. I did not get any response. Generally, I did not feel good.

This is the worst dentist! My wife and I were both pationts, Bartel left a massive gap between my teeth after his fine work. He tells inappropriate jokes and the staff are just as nasty. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!!!!
