Ive been a patient for the past almost 6 years so Im pretty disappointed that I have to write this. Today, I went due to having a cold. He spent all of 5 - 6 minutes with me and told me it was viral and there was nothing he could do. Ok fair enough, I understand that antibiotics wont work, but at least .give me something for my cough!!! "Oh take OTC meds" was his response. Um, Ive tried that already, that is why I was there. He he just had this extremely dismissive attitude, especially when I told him that my sick elderly mom-in-law was coming to visit and did not want to be sick around her. He had no problem charging me $25 for a copay. There are other instances where I went to go see him and ended up having to go to urgent care to actually be helped. The front desk staff is friendly but the doctors dont really seem to care anymore Please be careful when seeing Dr. Patil or Dr. Alexander. She is exactly the same!!!

The moment you enter the building area you can smell cigarette smoke. You should not take kids with you at this practice as there is no wifi or any play area to keep kids busy.I used their restroom to change my baby diaper and the front desk stall asked me to pick baby diaper from trash in resroom and office staff and given me zip lock bag to put diaper and asked me to go out of building to throw baby diaper. I dont want to leave my kids all alone in office so I picked up my kids and ran away from this practice.As this was my first time to try this doctor, I decided not to see the doctore whose staff is rude and facility is pathetic. I will never go there.

I have been referred by my colleague 3 years back. Ever since I have had all good experience with this doctor. I found him hear your problem with patience and advice and treat accordingly. I will strongly recommend this doctor. I have very good experience with front desk when i had issue with insurance provider twice or thrice. All the time i was able to get help from both front desk managers. Recently I moved to different location and had to change to the new doctor otherwise I would not have changed him.

Extremely rude front desk staff. The Indian origin lady at the front desk should not be working in the healthcare industry. If she was working as a front desk in my company, I wouldve fired her for sure. Both doctors are extremely nice. If they only hire good front desk staff who are good with patients, all would be well.

Dr dharam Raj is a great doctor even I did not had insurance but he help me for my diebetic and my paincretis Dr Patil you r a good people Plus he didnt even charge me high amount of money to see me And his staff are very friendly specially The lovely lady at front desk Thanks to Dr and his staff
