I have been going here for several years now. I love seeing their PA Shima Mansouri. She always listens without judgment and asks questions to make sure she is not missing anything. I would give her 5+ stars. However, I am giving 4 stars because today, I went their for the first time since they have moved locations and I was not informed on the phone that they had moved so I went to the old location. Thankfully, a gentleman was sitting outside the closed office who happened to know why I was there and where I needed to go. It would have been really helpful if I had been informed of this prior to my appointment. I was just there at the old location 7 months ago so it should not have been assumed that I knew about the move. When I asked the receptionist about this at check in, she informed me that yesterday 3 patients were late because they also did not know about the move. Maybe, the office staff should inform people at the time they make their appointments, since this seems to be a problem. Btw, the address is STILL incorrect on Yelp....

Dr. Carol Hector wasted my time to come to see her when she did not even examine me but stated she was sorry but was going to have to charge my insurance anyway. She was scared to touch my skin but not afraid to take my money. This was the worst office visit ever. They are rude and unorganized. I asked Dr. Hector was she still going to charge me even though she did not do an exam? Her response was yes because her staff stayed over, Im sorry. I agree, she was very sorry. Charging me when she did not do an exam. Be aware of this doctor office.

Customer service is horrible. I called to verify my appointment and was told another will help me because her computer froze.When other picked up line she informed me that the other person told her she couldnt hear me. Not sure if I want to visit this office.

Dr Carpenetti really impressed me. She was very thorough in listening to my concerns. She gave me medically sound advice and considered me as a whole person rather than each of my individual symptoms. I highly recommend her.
